We've been to Keg Ajax several times for all our special occasions and this location doesn't disappoint.

I always order the 18 ounce prime rib classic with twice baked potato side at all the Keg locations I go to and it's always a hit but at this location, it tastes even better! The meat just melts on your tongue!

Something that I didn't know until today, they offer a 24 ounce prime rib option for just $10 more. It's totally worth the upgrade!

Service is what you would expect, exceptional. The servers always take care of all your needs without you having to ask. They're pretty consistent with this across all their staff.

This location is always pretty busy, so definitely make reservations ahead of time. Parking is not usually a problem but sometimes you have to walk a bit to get to the restaurant. Their bathroom is clean.

If you're a Keg lover like us, this location is a step above the rest. I highly recommend! Definitely order the prime rib with the twice baked potato!

I ordered the Rib Steak today with Victoria as my server. She was very friendly, warm and paid attention to my requests. I have always enjoyed the Ajax Keg location for the fantastic atmosphere, but have received my steak slightly overdone at times. I feel like their manager (Ryan) was tired of coming over to my table, but he was always smiling and offering to make things right. Tonight, they absolutely nailed it! Best steak and meal ever! Impeccable service and atmosphere. Thank you to our hostess (Arielle) who provided us with spectacular seats and to manager (AJ) for checking in on us and making sure we were enjoying ourselves. I could not be more pleased. I can't wait for my next visit!

Warm hospitality with great attention to our food allergies. Thoughtful and attentive server. Celebrated a birthday and we lost track of time. No one rushed us. Food was good. Plating could be more … presentable.

The Keg delivers every time — and this visit was no exception. The steak was grilled to perfection, beautifully crusted with just the right amount of char, and still tender inside. Sides were well-executed: the mashed potatoes had texture, not mush, and the green beans brought a welcome snap and freshness. Service was tight — no long waits, and the staff struck that rare balance of professional yet warm. Atmosphere felt elevated but unpretentious, with good lighting and well-paced ambiance for a steakhouse. A dependable spot that doesn’t cut corners.

Celebrated a few special events all in one night at this location and I can say, this is the best Keg experience I've ever had.

Our server Jarrod was absolutely amazing, he was kind, attentive, knowledgeable, humourous and just made our evening.

Unfortunately this is the 4th Keg location to have sold out of prime rib at dinner time. Thankfully, Jarrod made it worthwhile for us to stay and continue dining here.

The lobster specials were great and flavourful, the steaks were done perfectly.

Took my family out for dinner here tonight We and while the food was just okay, the service truly stood out—thanks to our amazing server, Aaron. He was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. His warm personality and professionalism really elevated the experience. Aaron is the kind of server that makes you want to come back—thank you for making our night so enjoyable!

I ordered the top sirloin but if you’re looking for a nice juicy steak I would suggest trying the NY or Prime Rib.

Tried this location for the first time on Canada Day this year to celebrate an anniversary w/ my gf.

Book a 6:30pm res and was seated right away upon arrival with no additional wait time.

As I've said in all my other Keg reviews, you can't really ever get a bad meal at the Keg. The main's are always cooked well. The meat's tender, juicy and the sides fill you up.

The side order of mac n' cheese wasn't too sharp which we liked, but we did feel that they could've used better, fancier noodles for this dish. Standard elbow macaroni seemed a lil plain for how nice the crispy breadcrumb topping and cheese pulls were.

Ethan was a good server.

He did forget to put in our side order of mac n' cheese until we were halfway through entrees but he followed up right away when we mentioned it to him.

When I made the reservation online, I had specified in the notes section that it was a dinner celebration for an anniversary. I know it's not a store policy but typically, the Keg gives complimentary billy miner pie for anniversaries/bdays. We weren't offered any which was disappointing as we always look forward to that slice of billy miner (it's sooo good). Upon being seated, Ethan even asked us the occasion we were dining at the Keg. I'm thinking he prolly just forgot by the time he cleared our plates?

Anyways, still a 5 star experience. The food was great, service was good. Just wish we would've gotten that pie.

Would return again if I was in the area.
