One of the best massages I had. Therapist focused not only on my pain areas but the whole body too. She was polite and considerate. Definately recommend.

First time here and first massage, was recommended by my wife.
Told the RMT and they explained the process and what to expect. Massage was relaxing and helped to get some knots that I did not know I even had.
Coming back again for sure. Make sure to make appointments before they fill up!

One of the best places to visit for body massage. It's really relaxing. The therapist here clearly understands what our issues are and knows the exact points to focus on.
I always feel relaxed after getting the massage done here. I have been to the other places, but no one matched the service we get here.
I would suggest going to Annette or Michelle to get the best experience

Great massage place. Annette is so polite, friendly and has a calm demeanour. She’s a great masseuse as well. The place is clean and the music is relaxing. I’m happy I found this spot. I try to book an appointment as often as I can.

I have recently tried finding a new massage place in Durham and have had may issues. I tried Jessica at this location for the first time and was not dissappointed, she was fantastic! After the massage she even provided some stretches to help me going forward in my day to day life. i will definitely be going back!

I came across Whole Body and Mind a year or so ago and I won't go anywhere else now. I've seen 3 of the RMTs here and they are all wonderful and knowledgeable. The online booking system is so easy (the only issue is they are so good here that they book up fast...which really is a good sign). Definately recommend.
