I've been going to Koko Spa for the past 3 years, and I honestly can’t say enough good things. My laser lady is truly amazing—she's incredibly experienced and always makes me feel comfortable and well taken care of. On top of that, she's been so flexible with scheduling, which I really appreciate with my busy life. The results have been great, and I always leave feeling happy. Highly recommend if you're looking for quality service and someone who genuinely cares about her clients!

She is so sweet and accommodating! I went for laser sessions and she is very professional and willing to address your concerns. She is very patient and very knowledgeable even for people with brown or darker skin too. I would definitely recommend her 🙂

I’ve been going to Kamal(KOKOS) for over 4 years now and have never been disappointed. She provides impeccable services - I have done many laser hair removal sessions and brightening facials with her. With each service, I have had AMAZING results! With the laser sessions I did in the past with other salon/spas, it took me way more sessions to even get close to the results I got from Kamal in just 7-8 sessions. Moreover, the facial has helped me reduce or lighten my long term blemishes to a great extent.

I am very happy with her work, professionalism and attention to detail. Would highly recommend!

I did 8 sessions of laser on my side burns with 1 touch up appointment and my results are fantastic! The hair does not grow back at all. I could not be more satisfied with Koko’s work!

I have been going to Koko's Beauty Spa for a period of 5 years plus now, and I have never regretted the services. I have done deep facial cleansing, laser hair removal, microdermabrasion, facial peels, and so on. This is a success story... I had stubborn facial hair and hyperpigmentation ...now I am free from this, my face is smooth...I just feel happy about my face.
Kamal is amazing..her services exceptional...the environment very calm, clean, and quiet.

The best aesthetician I have ever been to hands down. I’m shocked to see that there are no other bad reviews but not too surprised as there is a chance that some may be posting these reviews on account of a discount being offered. I will preface this by saying that the laser used here is amazing and I do receive great results. However, Koko can be a tad bit pushy and upselling constantly. It makes me feel as if she doesn’t really care about the wellness of her clients but her own pockets. Constantly recommending other services and having to hear about it is exhausting. To top this all off, the sanitation in the place is disgusting!!!!! I have personally witnessed multiple times the laser machine being wiped off with the BED SHEET that is on the bed. I’m talking finishing a Brazilian laser session, taking the sheet from the table I’m laying on and wiping the laser off after spraying alcohol for two seconds. How sanitary can that be? I also believe towels are possibly being reused after clients and sheets not being changed. For the premium prices being charged here and this being an at home business, I would expect more. Beware!!!
