One of the receptionists at the front wasn't the friendliest when I first got there but my massage tech was very nice and seemed very experienced in what he does. I still have some pain and stiffness in my neck and trapezoid areas but I would say the pain has been drastically reduced from an 8 to a 4 after my massage and acupuncture.. The receptionist at the end taking my payment was nice too! I'll definitely be back for the same treatment in a couple of weeks or so😊 I feel wonderful today compared to when I arrived there yesterday, thank you!

I booked massage to Addict Massage Ajax, and I am a regular customer there. Before I have never had any issue with any massage therapist there for the past four years, until the day I attended my appointment and I was asked by a person who appeared to be a massage therapist, if it’s ok to do massage with gloves on!
Surprised, whoever I thought may be South Asian people do massage with gloves on and I am ready there in the room for my appointment. So I agreed to massage with gloves on with curiosity of how this will work out. This was the worst experience in my life, after few minutes I was furious with the massage therapist wondering what the hell I am doing here and my skin is burning when he is massaging my back.
I asked the massage therapist to stop and he acted shocked that it’s burning my skin stating “ the gloves are latex!” I was even more furious, I asked him to leave the room to get ready. Before leaving I inform the receptionist what has happened, it didn’t look like it’s a big deal to them, and I wondered who runs a business with a goal to lose clients when you are hiring a person like that. I felt so furious and just left the place to never go back or go to any Addict Massage business, very traumatized with the experience there. For this experience one star is to only be able to write the review, it’s zero star for me. That was a waist of my time to book and attend the appointment expecting to get a real massage from experienced massage therapist practitioner.
I would not recommend this place.

Just saw Imelda on the weekend for a nagging running injury and I started to ask myself why haven’t I seen her earlier! The assessment was thorough, helpful and educational. With it being my first chiropractic appointment ever, there’s a lot of work to do but the adjustments she made, I feel so good.

Last minute appointment with Eric. He was very nice and asked my concerns. The massage was ok but my problem area wasn’t addressed. Instead all my other limbs were. I filled out my paperwork before the appointment which I had checked off a quiet appointment. Spent most of it talking. He was a very nice guy so I didn’t mind. I will be giving this location another attempt but going to try another RMT.

I had a very disappointing experience. I booked an appointment for today but didn’t confirm it through the email they sent. Despite not confirming, I received a call saying I would be charged a cancellation fee. To avoid that, I decided to quickly fill out the assessment form and arrive a bit late.

When I got there, the doctor deleted the form I had already completed, and we had to go through the entire process again—ultimately, no chiropractic treatment was done for my back. I asked the older gentleman at the front desk if there was anything they could do to make up for the inconvenience, and he responded dismissively, saying nothing could be done because I was late. He became condescending and aggressive, implying I didn’t understand what was going on—perhaps because I looked young.

I explained that I just wanted to pay and leave, but he continued to push the blame onto me. In the end, I paid $100 for a very unsatisfactory experience and left feeling unheard and disrespected.

Im giving 1 star bec i have 2 bad experience here **first of all the reception today
2025 /05/26 i vist this massage place very first time but already booked an appointment and all was set.but the staffs 2 ladies was at the desk i don't know their name they were asking me my date of birth for setup my insurance and she said you can have a seat .then after 5 minutes she was asking me my husband Date of birth so i ment she was asking mine again so told them my Date of birth again .omg they laughing at !! me in a very foolish way there nothing went wrong to moking customer in that way 😏I hate this place. *** Louise Fontana she was my massage therapist she is talking very softly also she did my massage very spongy way 🙄 wast my 1 hour with this bad location will never recommend this inappropriate Massage adict .
