Never ever come here. I went here for years but moved out of the area. I made the mistake of coming back here to get a pedicure. Firstly, on the day of the pedicure the tech messed up the polish on two nails and just tried to paint over it. I asked her to remove and redo it because it was obvious. She reluctantly did so. Then within 4 days the polish cracked. I called on the 5th day to get it fixed and was told no problem, come in tomorrow and we’ll fix it. I go in and they say they have to charge me $5 for the nail. The tech who did my nails also denied she did them? She refused to even check the appointment book. Seriously? I’ve been getting my nails done for years and have never had a problem getting it fixed within a week anywhere else (or even here) previously. For $40 including tip, that’s awful. Save your money and go somewhere with better quality product and actual customer service.

As much as I have been a customer for months since I moved to Ajax. I am never stepping my foot to this spa again. I felt embarrassed today by the nail technician I finished my refill and asked for a toe nail color change she asked me to wait 30 mins I agreed and told her I would be back as I needed to use the Atm to pay her. Gave her my phone and bag as I know they like to hold a collateral like you are some theif or criminal and I didn't argue that the did. Only for her to come and say she does not know me and she has never seen my face before it was an embarrassing moment for me. Maybe she did that because I am brown skin but the is not the first time I am experiencing such embarrassment and rudeness.

Miya is amazing! She always is so precise with my nails they come out like the reference picture everytime! She is very nice, funny and cares about her work.

I went here 3 weeks ago for my birthday. I got a gel full set and Pedicure. Will not be going back. I spent over 2hrs there not only did they tell me they can’t do 5 Designs I wanted but told me I had to pay $15 extra just to polish the corner of my nails because each nail had a different colour, and when I said corner I mean just the edge of nail left and right to make it look like a triangle (will try to post the picture). On top of that when I was doing my Pedicure and I told her to clean my toenails properly she said she did and if she goes the other direction it will hurt. When I got home and looked at my nails toenails the stuff that I ended up cleaning out of it I was so upset. I usually do my own pedicure but it being my birthday I wanted to treat myself. She also butchered my pinkie nails 🙁
I will not be returning here

So I went back to soho nails because I said I would try someone different. The last person that did my nails from my last review didn’t do a good job. The girl that did nail this time did a wonderful job, when I mean you can tell she loves Perfection. She took her time and got to all the spots I would normally have to point out to other nail techs, she even fixed my butchered pinky nails that I so hated ( didn’t have to say a thing). Her name is Zoe go check her out she is very Patient and does not rush. Thank you Zoe you did a wonderful job.

I booked a mani pedi for my mom today and Maya took exceptional care of her. Gave her the best service and addressed all her concerns. If you’re going to go here, ask for Maya. She worked today in the morning and opened to salon.

We called in to book 3 nail appointments and when we arrived we had some time to pick out our nail colours and show the designs we wanted.
The people who work there are kind and focus on quality. My nail technician spent some extra time on my cuticles which I really appreciated. I had picked out a lighter colour which she said may not look good as a French tip. She brought back another colour and it was absolutely perfect! They know what they're doing and they do it well. Definitely will be back for another mani!

SoHo was very busy when I called. I explained what I wanted done. Because it was a small job(eyebrow shaping and waxing), the Customer rep asked me how far I was from their from their place.

When I told her about 5 min, she said, come now and we will take care of it for you. I was in and out in 10 min or less. I was happy and appreciate that they took me instead of having me waiting for the many folks that were doing their manicure and pedicure. The place was clean and had a nice esthetician did the job quickly

absolutely horrible service, i told them i wanted a design and she said she is only able to do it in gel, then when we sat down at the table and she had started my nails she said she was unable to do the design, then she told me that i have to pay an extra $15 for any other design, then when i asked if i could change the shape she said no because it wasn’t the one on the picture. when we went to pay they charged my mother for a massage without informing her that there will be a charge!! overall horrible experience, if i could give 0 starts i would!! never go here if you want a good experience and nice nails!
