I have been going to Louise at top nails for a few years now, and she is the best i’ve been to. She is precise and fast with her work, and always does an amazing job. If I show her a picture of what I want, she always does an even better job and knows how to make it look even nicer than the photo. I have gone to other nail techs before when Louise was busy and I always regret not waiting to book with her. She is very kind and patient with all her clients. I highly recommend going to her! this is the christmas set she did for me just the other day, I love it!

I been getting my nails done for the holidays and every time I go they do a beautiful job and the art is stunning.

Louise does a great job.
I will definitely keep going there when I want my nails done. 💅

When I get them removed though I will be asking that they just shave if. Color and buff rather than ripping them up.

The experience with getting my nails done was great that’s why I’m at least giving 2 stars. But that does not account for the fact that the removal was horrible.
I had them ripped off weather I liked it or not. I wanted them socked and when she ripped them off and seen I was uncomfortable she looked at me like there was something wrong with me. I did not want my nails cut as short as she did either. She cut them done to the skin and I left with my thumb tender and bleeding. It has been a month now and my nails are still damaged. I can’t believe that they would tear my nails off like that and cut them so short when I did not want that. And I can’t believe a nail tech place would be happy to have someone leave with nails that looked as shitty as mine did and still do.

Again the job of putting them on was amazing I was happy with the design and should have gone back if ever needed my nails done again but after the removal experience I will not be going back.

I don’t understand the negative reviews because I have been going to this nail salon on and off for years and go to Louise and have always been happy with the service here. I have also gone to Kim and she is kind and also excellent!

Louise is amazing with doing any designs you want and works quick and efficient and hits every detail. I usually go for solid colours shellac but today I brought her a picture from my phone and she did an amazing job and nailed it! Shellac with some bio gel to keep my short nails strong. Just in time and ready for October theme glamour and am very happy with the results! They keep the place clean and have processes in place for Covid.👍🏼

Nail techs work hard so a nice tip goes along way for courtesy and respect.

As for wait times, just make an appointment and then you won’t have any issues. If you do walk in, then expect a small wait.They can be busy because they have loyal clientele who make appointments so they will take appointments first which we appreciate. 🙂

Please don’t believe all the negative reviews and give this place a chance.

Very friendly service but I got a gel manicure last week and it started peeling already. The next day one finger nail already had a dent. Also not very clean. Won’t be returning.

All the staff members are kind and welcoming. Louise is my go to nail tech but everyone does a fantastic job. I’ve been coming here for about 3 yrs, and the standard is consistant. I always pre book my appointments and try to schedule it at off peak hours.
