Every time I come to Jenny Nails & Spa, they don’t disappoint.

They have the nicest customer service and if you want to change something before they start the polish you’re able to do so.
For the service you’re getting, the prices are cheap. They don’t skip out on any task, making sure that the work is precise.

Very disappointing. Came in over the weekend for a self treatment after a much needed time for self care. Thought to try out a new place as I haven’t found my place ever since moving from the US into this area.

The service was horrible. The lady who did my nails didn’t acknowledge me at all and was super rough with my hands as if I did something wrong to be there. I showed a picture of what I had in mind but she didn’t even care to look at it. The nail polish was put ontop of of bio gel and was lumpy with no care. Dissatisfied of how nail polish looked asked for a design to make it look better the lady tried but had no skills and seemed just annoyed to do anything. Then waited for Jenny and she did the design to best her ability. 2 days later my pinky already chipped so taking it off now and getting properly done at a salon I’ve been before.

Biggest waste of $80 bucks wouldn’t recommend. Even when my coworkers saw it everyone said it’s very poorly done. Whoever did my nails wasn’t skilled nor had a friendly attitude for service the least. Another lady beside was much friendlier so I’m sure depending on who you get may be different experience. But service should be consistent with everyone.

I am attaching the third picture of what I wanted which she didn’t even look at and did her own thing. No service skills just there getting task done and expect you to be happy without even the proper result.

One of the dirtiest nail salons I ever went to. They don't clean or wash anything.
They don't have good nail polish colour options and the owner changes prices randomly. She tells you to sit down and then when the work is done she charges you more.
Also the employees don't speak English properly which creates a lot of misunderstandings and it always seems as they are making fun of us in their language.
Most stressful and horrible experience.

I had an amazing experience at here! The staff were incredibly friendly and professional. My technician took her time to make sure my nails looked absolutely perfect, and the attention to detail was unmatched.

I loved the wide range of colors and services they offered—it’s clear they care about providing top-notch treatments. My nails have never looked better, and I’ve already received so many compliments! The dirtiest Nail spa . Good chances you may get infection. Service is 2 star . Jenny tries to connect with you being friendly . How ever people are looking for service and worth of their buck . Other lady is always on the phone during servicing the client . Fone taped with her ear. . Try on your own risk
