My cousin and I decided to come by for dinner! We sat on the patio as it was a beautiful day! What a lovely spot to enjoy some great food over looking the pond!

I had the smash burger and a poutine and we had Caesar salad to start it was awesome! The changes to management etc is making a huge difference from a couple years ago!!

Staff were friendly, service was good, beer was ice cold! Highly recommend! Come see what Stone 21 has to offer!

The food was incredible. The service from Denise and Alex was absolutely incredible. The chef Keegan is a top tier chef who could be working Michelin star restaurants. Overall 10/10 of experience.
Would come again!

Last night my coworker and I went here for dinner and was treated exceptionally well thanks to KEVINNN! He really made the night for us and assured we were taken care of at all times. Much appreciation for the service and also Mike in the kitchen made some very delicious food and the fish & chips was amazing. I’d come back and look forward to the changes going to be made at the Pinestone Resort & Stone21 in the future!

Had lunch on the patio. It needs a pressure washer and a can of paint. The food was okay, but scarce. It was like they forgot sides and scrambled to make them up.
The waitress was nice but I had to ask for everything; after lunch was served and she left I had to request cutlery, s&p, side plates, condiments, etc. I’d have loved another beer but no one came to offer one, or see if lunch was okay. Tons of potential but a brutal spot to stop on a road trip.

My travel partner and I went there tonight for some wings and drinks, after being told that the food was "spectacular" at this restaurant.
We stood by the entry podium for over 10 minutes before someone even took the time to seat us. To be clear, it was NOT busy in this place. There were maybe 4 or 5 tables with guests at them, total.
Once seated, we ordered, and were provided, our first round of drinks, and menus.
30 minutes later, two other tables were seated near us. Their server (same girl as was serving us) takes their food order as they were seated.
THEN, five minutes later, she finally takes our order. We had been seated for over 30 minutes; in there for over 40 minutes total by then.
The other two tables' food came out to them in about 15 minutes.
Ours took 35 minutes to arrive, from when we ordered.
Our wings were extremely overcooked (crispy is good, crunchy is bad!). Two of my wings were actually burned black.
Both plates of wings came with the blue cheese for the carrot and celery sticks, but did not come with any carrot or celery sticks! 🤪
The caesar salad was a half bowl of limp lettuce that had clearly been pre-mixed with the dressing hours before.
The server never came back to check on us, or see if we want more drinks (or even water, for that matter). As a result, we had to choke down dry, burnt wings, and wash them down with limp salad and one drink.
Eventually, my travel partner got another server's attention and got one more glass of wine.
$17 for a 9oz glass of Jackson Triggs is more than the entire bottle costs. And $11 for the 6oz glass is just as ridiculous.
$11 for a glass of Stella on tap is also punitive, for having to put up with this level of dis-service.
Our server used the excuse of being short-staffed, but there were two of them there, plus kitchen staff, for what eventually became a total of about 8 tables.
Definitely would not recommend. 😒

Total stay was over 2 hours by the time we got our bill. And both of our bills were over $50 each! Definitely NOT worth it!!

PS: and it is NOT in any way wheelchair accessible! They are at the bottom of a flight of stairs with no elevator and no ramp anywhere. I am an amputee and struggle greatly with stairs. To have to muscle my way down, and then back up, those stairs for that awful food and service was insulting.

So convenient for large groups. Our hockey team stayed here. We didn't have a team dinner but my family did and we really enjoyed it. Wings, chicken quesadilla and salads were good. Lots of choice on tap and on the wine menu. We would come back again.
