I’ve been seeing Jen and her team since opening. Jen is not only extremely knowledgeable and professional, she is kind and welcoming and always makes my visits fun! I have been going to Jenn and Miranda for around 2 years now. I had very bad acne around my cheeks due to the masks and Jenn really helped me clear up my skin. She really cared about my journey and wanted good results for me. I started purchasing the alumnier MD and it changed the game. I still purchase this product because of how great my skin feels. Also the chemical peels! She is so great, always has a resolution for your concerns. Face gets hot? She’s got a fan. Constantly checking your pain levels throughout treatment and just doing the most to make her clients as comfortable as possible. The lashes are also great! I get a lash lift and tint and it lasts so long and looks so great and lifted! The environment is also very clean and welcoming. Would recommend B.A.O beauty to anyone that is looking for a self love day.

I have been going to BAO regularly for about a year now and can say I leave feeling so impressed every single time. Jenn and Katie are professional and so easy to speak to. Jenn is great at suggesting solutions when I come with skin issue to concern but never tries to upsell as she operates under the less is more rule. Jenn has transformed my skin and I cannot say enough good things about her as well as her results driven services! If medical beauty scares you, go talk to Jenn!

BAO Beauty is exactly what you want in a medical spa environment. The space is bright , clean and inviting. All of the staff are fantastic and offer exceptional services . I have purchased their skincare line “Alumier MD” many times over , as it’s truly quality medical skincare, that delivers results.
