Great gym, friendly atmosphere and best price if you are looking for a pay per use deal while staying in the area for a few days. The owner is very responsive and is there to answer any questions or attend to your needs. Shopped around a few gyms in town and chose this one for the above reasons so would definitely recommend it to anyone too.

Whenever I travel—whether it’s a weekend in cottage country or a trip further afield—I always look for local gyms offering day passes. Too often, the experience is overpriced or underwhelming. That’s why I was genuinely impressed by Exhale Fitness Training in Haliburton.

Chuck made it incredibly easy to arrange a day pass—friendly, responsive, and professional. The rate was fair (a welcome change from the usual tourist mark-up), and the facilities were excellent: clean, well-equipped, and thoughtfully laid out. It’s clear the space is maintained with care and pride.

This gym has been great for when I’m visiting the area to drop in for a workout. Open 24 hours, clean, has everything you’d need for a workout, and not too busy. The owner and other gym members are kind and have good gym etiquette. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a gym in the area.

Don't let the size of this place fool you. If you are looking for a serious old school gym with great equipment in Haliburton, Exhale is the spot to be. The owner, Chuck, knows his business. The equipment is well maintained, and there are plenty of weight plates for everyone.

Google Maps may lead you to Highland Street but the entrance is actually on York Street, which runs parallel to Highland.

Great gym and accommodating staff. We visited while we were in town for the week and we able to check into the gym when it was convenient for us with a day pass. Highly recommend Chuck and Exhale Fitness!

I support a client that wanted to get back to working out. We are really enjoying Exhale gym . They have a good of variety of different equipment, the gym is kept clean and the atmosphere is very welcoming. The layout is nice, and pricing is very fair/reasonable.
