The manager Scott was so helpful and accommodating with all of my questions and concerns. He helped me find exactly the gear I was looking for and helped me to plan my trip. The canoe itself was in perfect condition and was amazing for paddling and portaging. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and will definitely shop here and rent from here again!!

Highly recommend this place for kayaks rental. They helped us loaded and tie down the kayaks and showed us how it’s done properly so we could do it ourselves. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Well stocked for almost every Canadian outdoor experience. Excited they are now also selling bikes. Would be good to see the bike side of the business grow. Thanks to Scott who helped us enormously selecting Kayaks. Great service.

Fabulous experience today! So impressed with the quick and friendly service. Cam helped me out right away to fix a minor repair on my bike which took no time and…they didn’t charge me!! When does that happen now a days?!? Much appreciated!

AO rocks! nevermind MEC or Sail, go to the team who know their products and the lands in which they are to be used. Shopping online with them can be a bit clunky but someone is always available to help. Highest praise for everyone at AO. Shout out to the behind the scene heroes like Kelly G.!
