I have had nothing but wonderful experiences at The Row Medi Spa! From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is welcoming, calming, and beautifully maintained. I recently had a pedicure and a Himalayan salt scrub with Emily, and both services were absolutely amazing.
Emily is incredibly professional, attentive, and made me feel completely relaxed and pampered throughout my visit. She took great care in every detail and created such a soothing experience. My skin felt refreshed and rejuvenated, and the pedicure was flawless.

I began going to the Row last fall in hopes to get help with my long term acne prone skin. This was my first experience with facials and a professional looking so closely at my skin. This was a vulnerable spot for me to be in and I was immediately put as ease and assured by Rowan that we would get my skin under control.

If anyone is on the fence about seeking help for their skin issues, I truly hope this review encourages you to visit The Row.

I’ve been seeing Rowan for the past five months to address my pigmentation and acne scarring concerns; we started with the Signature facial to assess my skin and from there, she built a treatment plan that would gradually address those issues.

I can’t say enough positive things about this spa and Rowan’s expertise (which, undoubtedly, is shared with her team of medical estheticians).

I dealt with severe acne in my teens and early 20s and, as a result, the subsequent scarring. Now that I’m in my late 30s, aging concerns have cropped up in, addition to the scarring, and these insecurities are what led me to seek help.

I haven’t once doubted her plan or recommendations and, after four treatments, I can confidently say I’m significantly more confident when it comes to my skin.

Rowan takes so much care and effort in regards to treatment progression. She understands her clients’ desire to see results but would never put their skin at risk in the name of that, and I appreciate her cautious yet deliberate approach.

While the transformation is most definitely a long game, it is well worth the investment of your time, money, and patience, and I am over the moon with my results thus far.

Amazing First Facial Experience!

I had my first facial ever at The Row and it was incredible! From the moment I stepped in, I felt welcomed and relaxed. The atmosphere was so calming.

My esthetician was fantastic, making sure I was comfortable throughout. The facial itself was pure bliss, and I left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

Rowan, the owner, is a gem! She's not only knowledgeable but also super friendly. She walked me through everything and gave me some samples to try out!

Can't wait to go back! I will definitely be recommending them to others!
