The Falls Inn and Spa est situé à Walter falls, tout près d'une chute d'époque un peu aménagée. De cet endroit, nous pouvons aisément nous rendre dans la péninsule de Bruce pour une expédition d'une journée, ce que nous avons fait. L'établissement a bel apparence et les chambres sont très bien aménagées. Par contre, les abords de l'hôtel pourraient être mieux entretenus, ce qui contribuerait au cachet de l'endroit. Notre chambre, la Cherry, située au 2e étage, tout près de la réception, était assez tranquille et très confortable. Une plus grande attention devrait par contre être apportée à la propreté (poussière sur la table et un peu sur le tapis, cafetière non nettoyée, etc). Le petit déjeuner était très bon et servi dans la salle à manger (la même qu'en soirée) offrant une jolie vue. Nous n'avons pas été impressionnés par le souper à 3 services servi en soirée; l'antipasto était une assiette généreuse de type Deli, les pétoncles en entrée étaient cuits à point, par contre la sauce en accompagnement ressemblait parfaitement à une sauce chili douce de commerce... Quant à l'agneau, présenté comme excellent, il était assez robuste et la purée avait trop de grumeaux. Aussi, le Sea Bass, bien présenté, était malheureusement fade et peu savoureux. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié qu'un petit déjeuner express nous soit donné la veille de notre départ car nous devions partir assez tôt, le petit déjeuner complet n'étant offert qu'à 8 heures.

What stays with me most? The sound of the falls. Always there - softly, steady, and grounding. My husband and I slept with the window slightly open, letting the sound fill the room. It was the best rest we’d had in a while.

The inn feels tucked away. It makes you slow down. Getting there, we passed through small towns and stretches of quiet road that made us feel like we were leaving the busy world behind. Once you arrive, there’s nothing flashy. Just simple, thoughtful charm. A cozy lobby. Soft lighting. You can hear the falls from almost every room.

The decor provides that traditional elegance and timeless cozy nostalgia I adore. Lots of floral fabric, wooden armor, soft colors. It’s not trendy, but it feels intentional and lived-in. Our room had space to spread out, which I always appreciate when traveling. Nothing felt cramped.

There’s a dining room on-site that’s warm and intimate, perfect for slow meals and easy conversation. The atmosphere - stone walls, candlelight - invites quiet and presence. Mornings started with hot coffee, fruit, and scones.

I loved the hiking trail right across the lot. It’s shaded and peaceful, ideal for wandering without an agenda. We spent a whole afternoon exploring, pointing out mushrooms and birds and tossing stones in the creek. It was simple, unhurried fun.

We haven’t been back, partly because the inn doesn’t really cater to families. It’s better suited for couples, solo travelers, or friends looking for a quiet reset. But I still think about that trip often. It’s ultra quiet, cozy, and just removed enough to make it feel like a real getaway.

We’d give five stars to the crab sandwich and chicken crepe, both with tasty house salad. Portions were large.
Eating on the deck beside the falls was special.

This was an accident when we arrived to see the water fall only. My Mom had to use the restroom again! We saw a great breakfast menu. We order Two coffees and two French Toasts I never experienced such a beautiful French toast in my life in America. Syrup was combined with real maple food tasted healthy and delicious. If I am ever around ill come stay in this hotel and eat everyday here. The food was cheap and staff was friendly. I wished I had a place like this where I live

Amazing place. Food is fantastic. Meg and staff are the best. They went above and beyond to ensure our wedding was a success. We fell in love with Walters falls in before we were even engaged. The experience was even better then we dreamed.

Our first visit to The Falls Inn and Spa was last week for a wedding ( we are "fairly" local living in Wasaga Beach and didn't know of the Inn.) What a perfect location for a wedding. Even though it rained all day and the guests could not enjoy the outside ( the wedding party braved it for photos), this did not detract from the day at all. The building reminded me of a country house in England, I'm English. The layout and different reception, bar, dining etc rooms worked ideally for a wedding. This would have counted for very little if the service wasn't of decent service; it was though first class with excellent staff.

Walter falls was hard to find. Google takes you to the city center, passing the mill, the first turn to the left and on the territory of Walter falls Inn this waterfall. There is a trail around the area nearby. Near the waterfall there is a beautiful garden and park. Everything for a wedding, famous dates or birthdays, family holidays. There is a hotel and parking for guests.

I just returned from a stay at The Falls Inn & Spa and I am absolutely blown away! This hotel absolutely deserves every single one of its five stars.From the moment we arrived, the customer service was exceptional. The Staff-Shelley,greeted us with warm smiles and genuine hospitality, making us feel instantly welcome. Every interaction, from check-in to dining and check-out, was met with professionalism and a true desire to make our stay perfect. They anticipated our needs before we even had to ask – truly a hallmark of outstanding service.
And the location! Nestled amidst the most stunning natural beauty, with a direct, awe-inspiring view of The Falls right from our room – it was simply magical. Waking up to the thunderous roar and sparkling mist of the waterfall was an awesome experience I'll never forget. The surrounding nature of Bruce trail was perfect for peaceful strolls, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the tranquility of the environment. It felt like a secluded paradise, yet with all the comforts and luxury one could desire.
The rooms were impeccably clean, spacious, and elegantly designed, offering panoramic views that were simply breathtaking. Dining was another highlight – delicious food with attentive and super friendly service(thank you Iris), all while enjoying the incredible scenery.
If you're looking for a truly unforgettable escape where world-class customer service meets unparalleled natural beauty, look no further. This hotel is a hidden gem and I cannot recommend it highly enough. I'm already planning my next visit! At the end,I would like to thank Meg who made sure that we had a great stay!
