My favourite restaurant/pub in Guelph. Food is fantastic, and the staff is so friendly. The owners are wonderful and always around. The menu is great but the daily specials are always the go to. You must try this place.

Definitely more of a bar scene, but we got in before the evening rush and had a fantastic dinner. The server was so friendly and attentive. They have their base menu, plus a special menu that changes every night. Definitely worth a try! I’d go back.

Pleasantly surprised at the food quality. We stopped in to watch one of the euro games on the patio. Great patio setup with retractable awning and outdoor TV's. Will return.

This is one of my favourite places to eat in all of Ontario !! I am a regular for wing night and I must say the wings are huge the price is amazing the atmosphere is always lovely and vibrant! All the servers are fantastic, very friendly. This is the place to eat if you are looking for a man amazing twist on everyday pub food! With bold combinations and sensational flavours this is a must stop place. The owners should be very proud!

The food here is a hard no unfortunately. The Steak Pie was barely warm, the beef was kinda dry and I was given very little gravy to help with that. The strip loin was ordered medium rare and showed up with a tough gray outer ring and a completely rare center. It’s painfully obvious whoever cooked it had no idea what they were doing. The Scotch Egg was nice, though. Also our waitress was awesome.

Overall, hang out here with friends and drink and you’ll be fine. Just know that you might end up paying for food you can’t even eat.

Love this place, has absolutely some of the best food in Guelph under the guise of pub fare. The curry chicken pie is a long standing item, and for good reason - so damn good! Choose the bar side for a pint or more casual dining experience, great patio in the warmer months. Excellent service with some of the finest bartenders around.

A friendly local pub/restaurant with a menu full of delicious meals as well as standard pub fare like wings. Their desserts are always fantastic! The Fat Duck servers and bar staff are the best! Trivia night on Sundays is always fun! ?

Quite underwhelming. Our initial server first tried to seat us at the same table as 2 other people (intended for 4 ppl), which was bizarre as we did not know the people, and they were not even asked ahead of time if it would be alright. The server just wandered us over, said "how about here?" with a smile that said they knew it would be awkward, upon which we turned it down - for a table which was totally free, 5 steps away, in the process of being cleaned. After this, things went smoothly - we sat on the patio, where there was a menu written in chalk on the pillars outside. As this was our first time here, we had no idea, and were not pointed to this unofficial menu at all by our server. We would've probably got an appetizer from there if we saw it, but neither of us were disappointed after the fact, as the food wasn't so good. It tastes fine while you eat it, and it's presented kinda well, but we both had stomach aches after the fact. Probably their ingredients aren't the highest quality - and for the price, I could go anywhere else in Guelph, pay the same amount, and get great food and great service. In any case, it wasn't horrible. Would give 2.5 stars if I could. We got the duck stroganoff and the steak and mushroom pie. The best part of the restaurant was the location - you're surrounded by green on the patio.
