Fishing-
5 days at Andersons Lodge was the best 5 days of fishing I’ve had in my entire life, and I fish a lot! Our guide, Jack, was absolutely incredible. Extremely professional and also very down to earth and personable. He put us on a TON (literally over 2000lb) of fish. We caught, on average, about 120 fish per day between the three of us including Walleye, Lake Trout, Smallmouth, and GIANT Pike. We opted out of Musky fishing but we did have a few monsters try to swipe our Walleye on the way up. So we did get to see them too! Jack went above and beyond to put us on (what sounds like) more fish than anyone else at the “Liars Bar”. From lending us his own personal lures and baits, to bringing us to some of his secret honey holes. We had an absolute blast!

Service-
The service was exceptional. The managers, Arlene and Rick, were extremely helpful and polite. The owners, Jackie and Jodie, were very accommodating and pleasant to work with. The waitstaff were all great! I want to give a particular shout out to our server, Brooklyn, for being an absolute pleasure to deal with. She remembered our names, cabin, drink orders, and preferences after day 1. If I owned a restaurant I would hire her in a heartbeat. Someone give that girl a raise!

Food and accommodation-
The food was all delicious. Especially the cast iron fried fish and potatoes for shore lunch! The cabin was very nice and comfortable. Pair that with the breathtaking scenery surrounding the lodge and you’ve got yourself an amazing trip regardless of the legendary fishing!

Summary-
If you’re looking to book a fishing trip to Canada, I would 100% recommend Anderson’s Lodge. The service, environment, food, and fishing were all out of this world! We will be back and we will absolutely be requesting Jack as our fishing guide without a shade of doubt. Thank you to all the staff for making this an out of this world vacation!

Anderson's Lodge provided an outstanding fishing experience once again! This was our eighth visit, and we were impressed by the warm welcome and flexibility of the management. Our guide, Zack Tucker, ensured we caught smallmouth bass, walleye, pike, and musky, and the fish fry lunch was superb. We also enjoyed capturing photos of moose, eagles, and loons with chicks. Highly recommend for any fishing enthusiast!

It's not good. The people were nice and that's the only good thing I have to say....
I was extremely verbal about the people I was bringing gave them a very well spoken opportunity to send me somewhere else they did not we get out there. My mother with problems could not make it to the bathroom. There was no showers, no running water. The refrigerator is broken. Our food got spoiled. We went hungry.Nothing was what they said. Not even the price. I called them to give them an opportunity to make it right explained my problems. I was very nice about it. They did not make it right, is all they had to say was. Oh, I'm sorry, we'll have to vet our people better.... i strongly recommend you go elsewhere.

I would like to say that my stay at the Anderson lodge was a fantastic and memorable experience. With a group of 8 friends, we spent 4 days fishing lac Seoul . We were guided by 2 young men, Orlando and Phil, we collectively caught over 1000 pickerel. My father and I were recorded as Master class fisherman on our first day, catching a 27.5 inch and 27 5/8 inch pickerel. That was just the beginning of our trip!! The lodge was immaculate, the restaurant and staff were fantastic. As most of our time was spent with our guides fishing , there was not a moment without a fish being on the line! As a matter of fact, usually double and triple headers!! Way to go to Phil and Orlando for keeping us over the fish at all times. Marc on the docks was always smiling as was Jeff the general service man. Great trip, great memories and an awesome trip!!!

Thanks to all , looking forward to next year!

Not good, I'm pretty sure they overcharged. It is not what I was told you.Confusion between american and canadian was ridiculous. They needed to give it to you and only one form. I was very clear on who I was bringing, they took us out to the outpost, and it was awful, no running water, no electricity, no nothing, the. Refrigerator is broken. We didn't realize it until our second or 3rd day and our food got spoiled, we went hungry, not to mention, they should have never taken us out there. I had an 80-year-old mom with 2 hip replacements and 2 knee replacements, and they knew that they don't know what they're doing and I highly recommend you do not use them.

What an amazing experience!

My son and I came up as our June northern Saskatchewan trip was cancelled due to me having open heart surgery.

All we can say is wow!!
5 fish over 40”
3 elusive Muskie
And over 15 pike over 34”
Boatload of Walleye
My son even smashed his first Bass.

Orlando was an amazing guide
Jacquie and staff were absolutely amazing.

Jody and the Anderson's Lodge team do an amazing job of looking after their guests. We have a group of 40 that go almost every year and they know us by name. Guides are excellent, food is fantastic and hospitality is outstanding.
