Great place to train. Been training since they opened it and back before they had their own spot for a total of 2yrs. If your new to BJJ or have expirence I'd recommend checking out some classes. Open mats every night

I have been attending the classes for a couple months now and have enjoyed them. The coaches are very friendly and knowledgeable. The classes are for both beginner and experienced athletes. If you are in the area I would highly suggest giving it a shot.

Love the women’s only kickboxing classes! great work out- welcoming ladies- awesome space and atmosphere. Highly recommend coming out for a class 🙂

Amazing gym with a great community! I've been training here consistently for almost 2yrs (even before they had their own gym). Training here was my first experience with Muay Thai and I've loved it. Great fitness, self-discipline, and self-defense.

Awesome place to get a workout in. Coaches are great, it's a fun atmosphere, and everyone is encouraging. You can scale any of the exercises to fit what you are comfortable with and the coaches actively help you learn the movements. Perfect if you want to challenge your health goals or come out just for fun.

Super friendly gym and feel lucky that I was able to find a place to train in jiu jitsu in Sioux Lookout. It's a great workout, fun and useful martial art, and a nice way to meet new people in town.

Small town? No problem, get your jui-jitsu / grappling / kickboxing fix here. I moved from Toronto and thought my martial arts day were done.. but now I come here now and get my jits on, on the regular.
