AMAZING. A curative experience for the body and soul. If you are looking for skilled hands and a therapy that leaves you restored and zen, this is it. I walked into an artist's studio feeling broken and desperate to help my sore neck and migraine. I left feeling renewed and relaxed, like clay that had been remolded. It's a funky and artsy place, and it felt friendly and inviting. She's an especially professional massage therapist that goes the extra distance with thoughtful extra touches. As an Athletic Therapist, I'm very particular about massages. This was more than just a massage. Wish I lived closer - I would go all the time to refresh body and mind.

I contacted Jewal to set up a birthday massage for my partner and she was so friendly and accommodating. Do not let the fact that she is running her business out of a house deter you, in fact it brought a very warm and welcoming aspect to the whole process. When I picked my partner up he had nothing but positive things to say; We went with the top package "The Classic Feature" and having been to massages before this definitely upgraded it to an experience rather than just a massage in his eyes. We will definitely be choosing Jewal the next time we need some relaxation and we will also be recommending her to all of our friends and family!

Absolutely amazing. Jewal is very intuitive and incredibly skilled with her art.

I'm not sure of the names of all the different techniques and styles of massage she puts to use, but she also uses aromatherapy, accupressure and I'm sure there's some form of energy work in there as well.

This woman has obviously been doing this for a very long time and has developed her own combination that has been very effective in helping with my back and muscle issues.

I'm not a person who puts much stock in things that don't have scientific explanations and such, but there was a few times when she stopped massaging and was just still with hands on my back and I could literally feel some sort of exchange and my pain leaving my body. So take that for what you will.

I highly recommend Jewal for anyone needing bodywork and some healing touch.

Her space is impeccably clean, very peaceful and relaxing, quite luxurious and instantly puts you at ease.

I left feeling better than I have in weeks.

I've gone to see Jewal at the Calm White Room since 2017 and I have nothing but good things to say.
Jewal is a compassionate,kind and very empathetic therapist. I usually go for the 90 minute aession with the hot stone therapy and the infared sauna.
Her studio is easy to find,it's just a couple minutes off the main road in Parksville.
I highly eecommend the Calm White Room,Jewal is a true professional.
