Mi figue, mi raisin. Je n'apprécie pas les frais cachés, sur le site il n'indique pas les taxes en plus, donc on passe de 115$ à 138. J'estime qu'il devrait indiquer par un Astérix sur leur site leur montant final. En revanche le personnel du spa était très sympathique et aux petits soins. L'endroit est cosy et plutôt chic même si assez petit. Les saunas en forme de tonneaux sont canons, la nourriture était bonne. Il y a des serviettes, peignoirs, ... C'est très confortable.
Le début de l'expérience reste tout de même gâché, c'est bien dommage.

My visit to Grotto Spa was incredibly relaxing, especially with friends. The serene atmosphere and attentive service made our spa day truly rejuvenating. From luxurious treatments to tranquil surroundings, every moment was designed for ultimate relaxation. Highly recommend for a soothing escape with friends or alone!

We treated ourselves to their weekday dip & dine package, and had a great time. The pool and hot tubs are lovely. I loved the barrel saunas and outdoor lounge where you can order drinks. After our soak we went upstairs for a 9 course tapas dinner. I loved that if we had favourites, that we were able to order them again.

We left full and relaxed. Would recommend.

Awesome experience. My husband and I went last night for my birthday. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I have visited many spas and I was shocked when a staff approached me in the hottub with a cold towel. 100% do not mind the 15% tip added to the bill- the staff deserve that. Sparkling flavoured water on tap- self serve. Clean facility and love the upper deck with the fire tables. Will come again when we are back on the island.

I booked for a massage and grotto (spa pool). The massage was okay and the pool amenities very small with just one hot tub. I ordered some food that was good but the dishes very small and expensive. When checking out I was surprised with the 15% mandatory gratitude for the grotto pool area which is not described on their website (I never saw this before in my life because you are not charged to use a spa amenity). Very rude and dishonest. Overall I left not relaxed and frustrated. The 2 stars are for the employees that are nice. Would not recommend to anyone.

The Grotto pools were a very relaxing experience. Definitely on the pricey side, however it's an interesting and relaxing treat. My muscles felt great after using the mineral pool, whirlpool, and saunas. The atmosphere really seals the deal; everyone is there to relax, no kids, just good vibes. Unlimited custom flavoured water and very kind staff. This is the ultimate elevated relaxation swim!
