We were in town from Edmonton with family. I brought my son and daughter there after my niece mentioned where she got her candy from to my daughter. And we got there I think like 10-15 minutes after they closed and the young guy in there gladly opened up for us and let us in quickly to grab what we wanted. Even opened up some boxes for us. Truly appreciate kind people like that😊

The ice cream was really great but the girl on the register was so rude and unprofessional towards us and her coworker. Like if you don’t wanna work, don’t come to work.
There was a family ahead of us and the other co-worker was busy making drinks and me and my friend was getting late for the movie. We waited 10 mins or more, we politely asked the other co-worker at the register if she could help. She ignored us and then came telling the other co-worker “that this is the last time I’m gonna help, I’m not suppose to be helping you” something like that and infront of us. It was so uncomfortable and awkward situation and completely destroyed our experience. We really feel bad for the other co-worker. Very unprofessional.

Pretty fun. Wish it was open later. It would be a place I go for a late night treat/experience.

I say this because the last two times I tried go they were already closed or closing and didn’t let me in. I guess they saved me gaining a few pounds though. 🙂

I am incredibly disappointed with the experience I had at Sticky's on March 26th. Upon entering the store and beginning to browse, my partner and I were confronted by an employee. The employee, acting in what I can only describe as an aggressive manner, told us to get out and then used security to have my partner and I forcibly removed from the store.

While I do have a negative personal past with this employee, I was unaware that they were working this day. I did not attempt to interact with them or initiate any form of communication, there was another staff member available to serve us. I didn't seek this individual out, I simply wanted to shop at the store. I understand that due to our past friendship and the fallout of said friendship, this employee may have felt uncomfortable being around me, but it feels unprofessional for this person's dislike of me to impact Sticky's customer service to this degree. I am upset that my partner and I were unable to shop at Sticky's, and obviously won't be able to in the future, and that management have chosen to stand behind this employee's actions.

I went in there once and apparently I looked too broke and the cashier immediately sent for a manager to watch me. Went in there looking to see the place after a number of years only to be watched and questioned almost immediately upon entering.

Tried Grapefruit Bubble Soda with Passionfruit Boba, its not my favorite combo but it is definitely good. It's also pleasing to look at.
