We just got both our daughter’s ears pierced today. They are 5 and 3. Craig did an amazing job. He was very precise in his placements, very thorough with cleaning and then quick but careful with piercing. Our 3 year old was very emotional after the first ear, which was unfortunate, but he handled it great, was very calm and finished her other ear quickly.

Highly recommend Trendsetters and Craig for piercings. Very professional and well done.

Took my son and daughter to Trend Setters to get their piercings done, and we couldn’t have had a better experience. Craig was absolutely fantastic — professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient with both kids. He took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure they were comfortable, and kept the whole experience light and positive.

I have been to Trendsetters a few times now and has been the best service and experience in PG.
Just recently had the Dream maker massage from Rosa Compres and it was amazing.
I highly recommend taking some time for yourself and experiencing the most relaxing time of your life!

I had such a great experience at this salon today! I got a haircut and color, and I absolutely love the results. Mahsa did an amazing job, she listened carefully to what I wanted, gave helpful suggestions, and the outcome turned out even better than I expected. She was kind, professional, and truly talented. I’m so happy and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Had a dream maker spa package which includes a steam bath and hour massage as well as a pedicure with Rosa. The entire experience was so relaxing and refreshing. Rosa went above and beyond to make my experience enjoyable and comfortable. Prince George needs more Rosa! Thank you 🙏🏻

I booked a piercing for my daughter but called in a day prior to reschedule since she had a cold. We rebooked for 3 weeks later when we would be in town next. Whoever was the phone seemed pleasant and accommodating.

Sadly, when we arrived for the appointment, the receptionist said there was no booking. She made no accommodations whatsoever to have our service done. We arrived at 4:15pm for a 4:35pm appointment just in case we had paperwork to do.

So disappointing how we were treated. In future, please record your phone conversations with clients so you can honour their appointments. Also hire receptionists who love their job and your business so they represent you well.

I highly recommend Craig to do your piercings. I have had 14 piercings done by him and my daughter has had 10 piercings. He is great at his job, knows his stuff with many years of experience. Everyone at Trendsetters is so friendly and makes you feel very welcome!

I havent been back for over a year however I think about getting more piercings just to enjoy the calm and relaxing attitude from everyone that works here! My mom was sceptical of letting me get a piercing but she was very happy with Craig’s bright spirit and kind words! Thank you for the piercings! Worth every dollar.
