Phenomenal service. Brows look great. This was my first time with threading it was quick and mostly painless. I got my chin and my upper lip done as well and that was a bit spicier but it was over with right away. I will definitely be back!

Is getting a bit expensive. But the girls at Victoria location are amazing! Peaceful relaxing and only once was in not happy, glad i went back. This is my regular stop now.

It was really great. I did my brows here for the first time and Ekam was superb and so kind. The face massage after the brows and full face threading was so so so good.
Not just the service but She also explained me how I should take care and how I should wait for my hairs to properly grow and then come for the next appointment.
Will surely visit again.

Booked a 1st time appointment empress treatment for my teen daughter . Upon pick up my daughter was in tears with badly damaged skin I say damaged cause she was bleeding. Only solution offered the staff generously offered to provide ointment on the damaged skin too bad that this spa does not provide a LIABILITY AGREEMENT/Waiver Disclosing the possible effects of receiving treatment
