We enjoyed our stay in a pet friendly room at a very convenient location. Booking the room directly was easy and convenient. Staff upon arrival and to answer our questions was friendly and helpful. At first glance everything looked clean in our room but then we noticed that the bathroom needed more attention. The front desk was quick to respond and correct the issue, which was very much appreciated. Getting out with the dog was quick and easy and there was lots of room bedside the bed to put down a large dog bed if you bring one along. Plenty of parking for vehicles of any size and/or trailers. Temperature control in the room was fully within our control and it was a nice and quiet, comfortable sleep. Overall, we'd be back.

Just off the highway, but surprisingly quiet. Only noise I heard were the fellow guests walking by, typical for this style establishment, but it wasn't rowdy. The room was clean and comfortable. Front desk staff was friendly and attentive. The large vehicle/truck parking was a welcome bonus. Convenience store, and a couple restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for one night helping someone move. There was plenty of space for our U-Haul trailer. We had an adjoining room on the ground floor. Both rooms had kitchenettes and plenty of space. The decor is dated but everything was very clean.
The service at this inn was impeccable from emails back and forth to our in person check in, check out. On the emails a big thank you to Kaillei and Abed. Amazing check in with Florence & just as amazing check out. Regrettably I can't recall his name for the check out, but if a manager is reading this, please look up who was on shift for April 13th in the morning. It's important these staff members are applauded, especially because good customer service can be hard to come by.
We loved the convenience of accessing the inn right off the highway & walking to the restaurant next door for dinner.
And finally, we loved being able to gas up right next door to inn before leaving the next day.

Customer service at the front desk was horrible until the manager got involved. The room stunk like bad cologne and couldn’t stand it as it gave a person a headache. Had to wait two hours to get another room after we talked to the manager as the young guy at the front desk did nothing. Rooms were not exactly clean as the were moldy smelling and not exactly the cleanest.

After being a loyal customer every time I've been through Prince George for at least 20 years 4-5 times a year I will not be anymore. I had a problem with my credit card that can't be fixed till Tuesday after long weekend. I told front desk I would pay on debit visa up front with money as a deposit if required. I explained to the girl on desk I am a repeat customer many x over and she refused. I said please call your mgr. She refused. I came next door to 97 motel. Explained to manager who immediately checked me in! Went out of his way actually. Do better Carmel Inn. Your long time used to be loyal client
