Today, I met Love A. in store and I was in need of finding something that my picky eater dog will eat. This guy made sure to listen and understand all my concerns and gave all of his possible solutions. He educated me among lots of dog food brands, ingredients. 5 stars for him, finally chose Royal Canin, and my picky eater is loving it!

5 stars for his team as well, who covered him while he was helping him.

Definitely go there, you will get 20% off as a senior on Last Thursday of the month.

Great Place to adopt a new pet. Always provide everything needed for your pet, doesn’t feel like you are a new pet owner. Their tip sheets are great, answers all the possible questions, if you have more, just call the store! They never ignore our call, and make sure to answer all the questions!

Update: We recently purchased a kitten for my daughter, they made her feel so special, and helped us pick out a harness and accessories. Just can't rave enough about the awesome staff and how wonderful they are, we love our new kitten and everything was included in the adoption. Thanks Petland!

The Manager and staff are absolutely phenomenal! The numerous times my daughter and I have been in for pet supplies, or just to visit the animals, they are attentive, helpful and informative. I highly recommend Petland Prince George!

Came here today with the family to look at some things and found our way to the fish and reptile area. We asked if our daughter can see one of the snakes and the lady went and got Ben for us. He let us see one of the snakes, let our daughter hold it and was very thorough in explaining various things about the snake. My daughter was super happy and we all learnt a lot at the same time thanks to Ben.

I got a rat from here a few months ago, it took them a good 20 mins to actually grab it and it was clear they didn't even know that they sold me a WILD RAT I don't know where they're getting their rats from but they need to stop lying to people about the breed, how their already "socialized" when it's clear their not, and it's just disappointing. However that doesn't go for all the animals, I got a hamster from here and he's the sweetest so if ur looking for a rat get from a local breeder not a pet store!!!

Went in to get dog food. The guy who helped us was very nice. Super informative and had given us useful info. Will be back. We left knowing we got the best food for our dog and great service

Good store if you have a dog or more exotic pets, but for cats it's a small selection of subpar food and toys. Every time I've stopped in I'll leave just as quickly, better to go to Paw Street
