Nous avons loué le logement familial pour 5 personnes. Les grands parents,les parents et une adolescente. Nous avons trouvé le logement adapté pour notre famille. L'accueil était super. Nous avons eu de bons conseils sur le quartier et les activités.||Il y avait deux grandes chambres. La literie est de qualité.||Une salle de bain basique. On aurait apprécié un sèche serviettes.||Une kitchenette pratique pour réchauffer cependant ce n'est pas une solution pour y prendre ses repas vraiment car il n'y a pas d'espace salle à manger. Ce qui n'était pas promis dans la location je précise.||Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Il est très bien situé à Vancouver et très bon marché.||Le logement mérite un rafraîchissement.

We arrived at 10:30 am on June 15th. We called the owner as was told the "family suite garden view" would be ready in the afternoon. We got back at 6:30 pm and someone was (still) staying in the suite. There was still a suitcase and stuff all over the counters. We called the host 3 times and told that we were to stay in the "family stay rooms. We got the code to the door and when we entered the beds were unmade, garbage overflowed in the cans, towels on the floor. Called the owner again who showed up in 10 minutes. He apologized that the housekeeper had not come. We told him that we couldn''t wait any longer and would just go somewhere else. He told us that he would give us a refund. This has not happened.

Awful place. We booked the family suite. Arrived around 8pm. Throughout the day called number numerous times to find out how to get in since it was self serve check in. Finally someone picked up. And she wasn't very friendly. Suite was dirty. Kitchen is outdated, microwave dosent work proper. Dirty baseboards. Many lights not working. Dead bugs on wall. No heat. There was a heater in one room but did not work. The main bedroom was alright except we had a baby with us and put blanket and pillow on floor for him to sleep. Looked under bed and saw it was filthy underneath. Would never recommend this place to anyone.
