Nous sommes allés à ce bed and breakfast et je dois vous dire que c'est le meilleur B and B que nous avons fait à date !! Tout est de luxe !! Les chambres et les salles de bain sont parfaites et très confortable !! Quoi dire du jardin rempli de merveilleuses fleurs et les petits endroits pour se reposer !! Le déjeuner n'est pas un déjeuner conventionnel mais un déjeuner de luxe qui est tellement bon et beau !! Tout est pensé pour les invités!! Il y a un frigo pour les invités et de plus nous pouvions acheter vin ou bière à un très bon prix. Les hôtes sont très sympathiques et accueillants

Nous avons passé une de nos meilleures nuits, de notre voyage canadien, dans cette magnifique maison d’hôtes. De style colonial, elle a été très bien entretenue. Une nuit merveilleuse et un breakfast royal en charmante compagnie d’Americains et de Canadiens. Encore un plus pour les chambres d’hôtes, créer des passerelles et donner du lien. Accueil des plus sympathique. Idéale si vous avez une voiture car difficile de trouver des commerces de bouche à proximité immédiate.

We had only one night at Thistledown house but we just felt as at home. Liz makes everything perfect and elegant.|Les chambres sont décorées avec beaucoup de goût et l'hôtesse des lieux est devenue une amie en quelques minutes.|La maison est à quelques centaines de mètres du Capilano park, à ne pas rater...

My wife and I stayed two nights at this cozy B&B in November. It's in a great location being just about a two minute walk from the Capilano Suspension Bridge and a ten minute drive to Grouse Mountain. You can even catch a bus to Grouse Mountain if you don't want to the drive, the bus stop is about a two minute walk. The morning breakfast was delightful and the coffee was about the best I've ever had. The room overlooked a beautiful garden and our room had a small patio. We enjoyed wine on the veranda at night. The owner Brian was very nice and every small detail was covered. The residential structure is about one hundred years old and in great shape. When I come back to Vancouver I will definitely stay here again.

Stayed here in summer 2019, for 4 nights.
The room was very spacious, clean and quiet.
The breakfasts were amazing! My fiancee and I mainly spent time away at the various attractions that are close, but it was nice to have such a relaxing place to come back to.
We would definitely stay here again and reccomend it if you want a nice place to relax at at the end of the day.

We stayed one rainy night at Thistledown House while visiting the Canyon Lights at Capilano Park. Short walk to the park was SO convenient. This inn is fantastic. Our host was very welcoming and helpful. The house itself is BEAUTIFUL and perfectly restored. We were in their smallest room but it was perfect with the fireplace and lovely decor. Sweet and cozy. I wish we could have stayed longer. We had to leave early so did not register for breakfast but the table was setting was pretty and traditional. Highly recommend staying here,

An absolutely fantastic place to stay! The location is perfect if interested in the Capilano Suspension Bridge, the Capilano River and Grouse Mountain. We stayed in the Snuggery and it was very cozy and clean. The hosts were very welcoming and extremely accommodating to arrival time and food preferences. Being a vegan and vegetarian couple proved no difficulty for breakfast. The food was wonderful and the experience delightful! The hosts are very kind and friendly. We would 100% come back and stay here.

My wife & I stayed at Thistle Down House for 3 nights in May & from the moment we arrived when we were warmly greeted by Liz we knew our stay would be perfect. Thistle Down House is a peaceful oasis, the house is so beautiful & the rooms superb. We chose Mulberry Peek which was beautifully appointed with a balcony overlooking the lovely tranquil gardens. The room was very bright & comfortable with attention to every detail. Liz, Brian & their team make you so welcome & are the perfect hosts making you feel very special throughout your stay with them. The 3 course breakfasts were out of this world & we enjoyed them so much. The breakfast was served by Brian & Virginia perfectly with a standard of service rarely seen it was so good. The location in North Vancouver was very convenient with just a 4 minute walk to Capilano Suspension Bridge & Park which was well worth a visit. We feel we have made lifelong friend of Liz & would highly recommend Thistle Down House if you are visiting Vancouver
