Excellent steak house!

Nous sommes allés à ce restaurant ma conjointe et moi. L'accueil a été très bien. Le service était excellent, notre serveur courtois et nos repas succulents. La cuisson de nos steaks était à point et les queues d'homard délectables. Nous avons même eu droit à un dessert gratuit. Nous recommandons donc ce restaurant !

I want to start by saying I love the Keg and how consistently good their food is. There is one thing that is really bothering me though.. I don't understand why they are cutting the green onions for the baked potatoes so big now. Big chunks and strips of green onion is not enjoyable on a baked potato. Please rethink how you are chopping the green onions. The little things like this count. The prawn cocktail is my favorite with the awesome martini cocktail sauce and my lobster was delicious. I do prefer clarified butter but the butter its served with is okay. I hope my feedback helps.

We were at the Keg on Aug 03. We sat outside and got a table for 6. As Paris Ash said in their review from June 21st, the tables were absolutely filthy. They have glass tops and there are crumbs and food particles under the glass, they don’t look like they have been cleaned in a long time. The seat cushions were stained and dirty. The heat laps were covered in dust and the glass railings have bird droppings on them. It was disgusting and made for an unpleasant dining experience.
The food and the service was very good but we probably won’t go back because of the uncleanliness. The management does not seem to be concerned about this.

Really enjoyed the peppercorn steak. However, the service was a bit too slow due to a lack of servers. But the food was amazing.

The steaks were good, the caeser was avg, a bit too much cheese that covered the actual taste. The baked potato was not cooked in some parts. Expecting a bit more from a steakhouse. Baked potato is suppose to be a staple of a steakhouse

Are server was Angela and she was just wonderful, she made sure our food was ordered correctly and efficiently. It came out fresh and hot and cooked exactly as we had asked, although I think she may not have been the cook as well as our server but at least she had them get the order right. We had two Omega meals and one regular prime rib 10 oz meal and everything was cooked to Perfection and the sauces were wonderful! I highly recommend Angela as your server at the West Vancouver Keg restaurant!
