My skin technician Japhia was amazing. Very professional & offered a deep skin analysis for anti-aging as I want to avoid botox/ filler until I really need it. My facial was very relaxing & I love the aesthetics of Oasis Spa. Highly recommend this place! Will be back again for my next treatment soon.

Went for LED red light therapy with Kimberly. She was awesome, explained exactly what was being done, and how it affects my skin. My skin felt very rejuvenated and just glowed. Also had a facial examination with Shay, who took a few pics and explained each picture in detail. I definitely need to get more hydrated in the winter. It was a really good experience, and I will definitely go back.

I had my sixth radio frequency treatment at Oasis Spa, West Van, today. I hadn’t felt that I was seeing any difference, in fact, it seemed my pores were larger and more tiny wrinkles were forming around my nose and mouth. Today’s treatment was given by a new person, Amber, who really listened to my concerns and adjusted the treatment accordingly. She has a nursing and beauty science background. As well as being lovely and personable, Amber gave me an excellent treatment and lots of tips on how to care for my skin going forward. She is truly a treasure who loves what she does and cares about her clients. It’s not just a job for her. Thanks, Amber. I look forward to my next appointment.

Dear Management,

The booking system is unreliable. I rearranged my schedule to secure an appointment for my mom and me, only to be told it wasn’t actually confirmed. The date I booked was already full, and the only option offered was a late 5:00 PM slot — very inconvenient when traveling from Surrey.

This is frustrating for customers who plan their work and personal schedules around appointments. A real-time system with accurate availability and instant confirmation is badly needed.

The advertising is also misleading. Facebook ads promote a $500 treatment for $59, but these bookings don’t guarantee an appointment which I booked — in my case, the next available time was weeks later. This wastes customers’ time and creates false expectations.
