Superb spot for a foot massage and full body massage! The space is so lovely, big, clean. Lots of individual treatment rooms, couple rooms and even a huge room that can fit up to 10 people. Staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. Loved the neck massage, foot massage and body massage with stones! Pressure is excellent.

Extremely professional and clean experience from start to finish. Very easy to make an appointment over the phone, able to accommodate us when we arrived early. Massage therapist targeted my exact needs. It was so good we decided to add on another 50 minutes! Definitely recommend if you’re downtown, also great location near water. Street parking ample nearby.

My partner and I came in for a couples foot massage yesterday. Facilities were nice and my partner enjoyed his massage. I had an Asian male masseur with glasses. Unbelievably, he kept falling asleep during my foot massage. He kept dozing off. He’d be massaging my feet, and then I’d feel the motion stop and I’d see his eyes closed and head hanging, but he’d gain consciousness, continue the massage, doze off again, and the cycle kept repeating. Because of this, I wasn’t really getting a proper foot massage- the same motions were being done to me repeatedly because he was half awake. He was massaging my left toes for like 20 minutes. At one point, I ask him if he’s okay. He responded with “yeah don’t worry.” He continued to doze off after this. My partner had to sternly tell him to stop falling asleep, after which he finally stayed awake.

For the price of a foot massage here, this should never be happening.

This was our second visit to Yuen Spa, and once again, they did not disappoint! My son and I came in for foot massages, and just like the first time, the experience was absolutely fantastic. The staff is friendly, professional, and attentive, and the atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing.

We really appreciate how consistent the quality has been both visits have left us feeling refreshed and cared for. It’s clear they truly take pride in what they do. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Absolutely amazing experience! 10/10 would recommend! 🌟 Had the most incredible reflexology treatment in the VIP room at Yuen Spa Coal Harbour and it was so relaxing. The luxury ambiance, exceptional service. I felt like from the moment I stepped in, and the therapist's skilled hands worked out every knot and tension in my body and I came right after I ran the Vancouver half marathon! We recently came by for a couples massage at this location. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. We ran a few minutes late due to heavy traffic but they still made it work for the hour long slot that they had reserved for us.
The space is very well decorated and they have a cool seating area in the front for manicures and pedicures which we saw was spacious and plentiful enough to host a group.

We didn’t get any serving of tea or refreshments that most spas at this tier would provide.
A great experience all in all.

I recently visited Yuen Foot Massage & Spa in Vancouver and had an absolutely wonderful experience. I booked both a foot massage and a full body massage with Helen, and she was truly exceptional. Her technique was incredibly intuitive — she paid close attention to my pressure points and adjusted perfectly to what my body needed. On top of that, her calm, nurturing presence made it so easy to relax. Helen is a gem — one of the best massage therapists I’ve ever had!

The spa itself is beautiful — elegant and tranquil from the moment you walk in. The décor is thoughtfully designed, with a large screen, a cozy fireplace, and plush chairs that make the foot massage especially comfortable. One of my favorite touches was the heated head pillow — such a small detail, but it made a big difference in my overall comfort.

I also had the pleasure of meeting Eddy, the manager, who was warm, welcoming, and clearly passionate about creating a great experience for every guest.

I’ll definitely be returning to try more treatments and packages. Highly recommend Yuen Foot Massage & Spa, and especially Helen, if you’re looking to unwind in a luxurious, peaceful setting!

We came to this place for first time for foot and full body massage. The experience was awesome. It is such a great place to relax with a clean environment. They focused exactly where we requested. Lucy and Clara were both so professional and we were comfortable at all times. I would highly recommend this place and will be back soon for my next massage. ☺️
