Hairdresser was a lovely person, however, I did not get what I asked for at all. I specifically asked for 2-3 inches ONLY and 5 inches were taken off!! I also asked for face framing layers that were not done at all. I will not be returning here unfortunately.

I wish that zero stars or lower was an option. I am an EA, and was at Park Royal with one of my students today who is on the autism spectrum and is nonverbal. She loves hair products, and went in to the waiting room of the salon and was calmly and quietly looking at the hairspray that is for sale. The woman at the front desk (who did not give her name) told us we needed to leave, threatened to call security and was discriminatory towards us and my student. I am appalled at the way this employee treated us simply because a disability was involved. Terrible look for the salon and will be telling everyone I know to never give them business.

Hello! i’ve tried many salons over years of getting my hair done, this one is by far the best. the service is amazing, from the reception to actual hair services everything is great. the pricing is very fair and i’ve never left disappointed! Silvana is my stylist/colourist and she does exactly what I ask for everytime as long as it’s possible. I would without hesitation recommend this salon if you’re looking for a reasonably priced, clean, place to try and i would definitely recommend Silvana as well she’s a dream.
