My daughter had made an appointment to do her nails with some diamonds on her nails . After making her wait for 3 hours they told her they do not have those diamonds but she has to pay the full price anyway! The manager ( an Asian looking man) starts yelling and harassing my underage daughter and basically kicks her out ! This case of harassment is reported to the police with a file number . This place is not safe for customers and I strongly recommend not to use their services for your own safety.
This kind of behavior has no place in Canada and it must be stopped .

The only nail salon I go in West Vancouver. Always friendly, patient, helpful, no rushing, reasonable prices. All ladies who work here and the owner gentleman make you feel at home. Easy parking at back is a bonus! And Sandy always manages to create the designs my daughters love!

It was my first time here and I absolutely loved it.
Staff are friendly and welcoming. Lynne worked on my nails and she did an awesome job, same thing as I asked her. I recommend this Salon.

I have been going to this nail salon for quite a few years. I had a pedicure there about three months ago that was disappointing but everyone has an off day. I went back a couple of days ago and had the worst experience. The technician rushed my pedicure and then she cut one of my toes quite badly and I got a meagre “sorry”. I complained to Henry when I left and got another “sorry “. My toe is so sore that I can’t even put a shoe on. Never again, I won’t be back. There are lots of nail salons that offer good service with good technicians.

Best hair cut and colour I’ve had. The owners are the business. Husband and wife team with a full staff for mani and pedi. Ann took me in a different direction from my old style and my hair never fails to inspire compliments. I love to get the works and I’ve never been disappointed. My neighbour recommended Ann to me and I would recommend them also.

They take their time doing your mani and pedi even if there are other customers coming in, and I really appreciate that. They were warm and welcoming and lovely. I would go again!
