From start to finish my experience at Deva was incredible, everything was clean and my procedures went so well, it's been about a month now and the difference in my chin is actually amazing! Just one month since I got it done!(picture pre-lash fill😅) And it just keeps getting better !! I could not recommend this clinic enough, thank you for making my post weight-loss body so much firmer and toned!!

I’m a 61 year old guy with a extremely hairy back, front and shoulders, my first treatment with this new amazing laser Ruby’s staff used was so good the first time I almost didn’t need to go back but definitely after a few treatments, I can confirm my front and back are hair free only after 3 sessions but 90% from the first. Highly recommend, im ready for the beach.

One of the worst customer service experiences I ever had . Got my appointment cancelled yesterday and moved onto today, just because owner wanted to drive to DT and wanted to miss traffic .. then today she texted me 15 min before my appointment, that she has to go to Kelowna … no apology, nothing . Just an arrogant business owner, acting like high end professionals, but lacking any quality of service & product .
Not recommended .

Absolutely had the best experience here at deva med spa. Rubi is so kind, intelligent and knowledgeable not only about her services but the industry as a whole. I have received multiple treatments from her, and she has made me feel comfortable through them all, explaining the process each step of the way. I would absolutely recommend this salon to anybody, she has such a variety of quality treatments that suit every need!

I got a warm and friendly greeting. Ruby took the time to discuss my issue and explained in detail how the treatment would work. During my treatment Ruby continued to check on me to make sure I was doing ok. I was extremely satisfied. It was a pleasant and enjoyable experience. After my treatment Ruby took the time to discuss alternate treatments that would help me achieve my desired results. I will be back as it is a comfortable and professional environment. I had a wonderful experience at Deva Med Spa and Body Contouring! Ruby, who assisted me, is highly knowledgeable and accommodating. I underwent Botox for my masseter muscle to help with teeth grinding and to reduce lines, and I noticed a significant difference. Additionally, I had acne IPL (scarring and active acne) and blue light treatment, and I saw a big improvement from my first session. I’ve been a couple of times, also trying the Lipo lax treatment for tightening, and I am very pleased with the results. Ruby took the time to discuss my options and worked with me to decide on the best route to take for my needs. The spa has top-notch equipment, and the atmosphere is very welcoming. I am extremely pleased with my results and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!
