My first time visiting Cutie Pie in July 2025. When I called to make an appointment there was very friendly voice on the end of the line that made me feel right away ~> This is the place for me <~ I received a text notification verifying my appointment time. When I checked in with the last four digits of my phone number, it then told me that Suki would be my nail technician. She greeted me with a warm smile and then led me to my chair. Looking around, I noticed how clean and tidy every station was. I loved the decor and the quiet atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back to experience a shellac manicure.

I always have a positive experience at Cutie Pie Wax Bar in West Vancouver with Amy. She is amazing! She has been doing my hard gel manicures and gel pedicures for the past few years and I have always had amazing results. She is highly skilled, especially in doing my cuticles. I am always shocked at how smooth my feet are. Amy is so kind and professional and I always have a wonderful experience with her. I am always excited for my next appointment. Highly recommend Amy!

Excellent as usual. Amy C is experienced, professional and always very pleasant and fun to talk to.
The ladies at the front desk also always friendly and helpful.

I always have a wonderful experience at Cutie Pie West Vancouver with Amy C, who is professional, personable and fun, too! I typically go for manicures (gel polish & classic) as well as pedicures. I particularly appreciate the care Amy takes when tidying up my cuticles. I have had some pretty disappointing (aka ouch!) results from other salons but never here. In addition, the front desk crew is welcoming & attentive. Highly recommend!

I had an amazing Gel X manicure with Amy—she’s truly a perfectionist! Her attention to detail was incredible, and she absolutely nailed the almond shape I asked for. I did a modern manicure with Casey and it was AMAZING! The attention to detail that Casey has is unmatched! She’s great and I wouldn’t trust anyone else for my nail journey. Jessica at Cutie Pie is amazing! She’s been there for years, and it’s always a treat to be pampered by someone so consistent and reliable. She always makes me feel special and brings such creativity to her nail designs. I love how she brings magic to my nails when I ask for gel ombre.
