Two words: Oh wow. I am a foodie and when going to restaurants I personally prefer eating cuisines such as Thai, Indian, Vietnamese etc (dishes I that require time and patience to cook at home) I honestly wasn’t super eager to eat here however, I was thoroughly impressed with the food quality and service! If you live in a neighbouring town or just passing through you need to eat here if it’s open. Everything on the menu tastes like it’s made from scratch. We ordered appetizers and we were all impressed. I can recommend the French onion soup, feta balsamic flat bread and the jalapeño poppers. When I say divine, I mean it! We also ordered mains but after the mulled wine and appetizers most of us couldn’t even finish the mains but they were rich in flavour. I can 10/10 recommend, even if you come for drinks and appetizers. I can strongly say that it’s definitely worth a stop and that’s coming from someone who would not normally pick a restaurant like this with the menu that they have. This is a hidden gem.

My friend and I met at Debbie's Restaurant for lunch. It is located at the half way mark for us. We had the pleasure of meeting the owner and she kindly shared her story about this Restaurant. They are celebrating their 10 year anniversary this year. The building had had a bad fire and Debbie rescued it. She has put much love and thought into the decor. It has a very charming and comfortable vibe. Our food was amazing. The service 5 stars

Have been here twice with my wife. The first time as we happened to be in the area. The second time because we drove 40 minutes out of our way to eat here. Both times the food and service were exceptional. All the food is made from scratch inhouse and you can tell. Good prices as well. I have a dietary restriction and asked a question about one item on the menu. The chef came out and discussed the options for me from the menu and what might be modified for me. That was a first in maybe 5,000 times I've been to a restaurant in the last 30 years.

We stopped here for a late lunch on Saturday. Free 2 hr parking in the street.
We were quickly seated near the window, our server was fast with menus, and gave us details about the special. Menu is large.
We ordered the prime rib sandwich with soup (the special) and triple decker club. The meal was ample sized and oh, so delicious!
And excellent meal, in a nicely decorated restaurant.

I’ve ordered out from Debbs multiple times. Ive been to Debbs for an in dining experience. I also had a baby shower there today. I can only say positive things. Every experience has been amazing. The food, service, friendliness and atmosphere is top notch. Definitely by far one of my favourite restaurants. Thanks so much for a great day!

I've been here many times...I travel over an hour to eat here...the food is always delicious and fresh ...I'm never disappointed...the staff is efficient...helpful and friendly...and the chef...well...I always ask my waitress to compliment the chef ...

When a delightful surprise. We were just going through town on our way to Brantford. We've never stopped in this town before I found the reviews online and saw that they make everything homemade, even the ketchup. So we stopped. And we loved it. I had the pickerel which was delicious and explosion of flavors. My husband had the perch and he was delighted. We had dessert and enjoyed that homemade creation as well. The coffee is made with fresh grounds. The ambiance is really warm and inviting. And the service was terrific. And to top it off the bathrooms or gorgeous. It was easy to park on the street. And the price is really good with wine and two entrees and dessert. It came out too $100. I would highly recommend this place. It is so fun to discover little gems and smaller towns. We were absolutely delighted with a whole experience. We would definitely come back just to eat there again. I would highly recommend reservations for the weekends. We noticed that perhaps it may be limited seating. It is not a huge place. Which is what we like because it makes it intimate and personal. Enjoy! 😊
