Не можу поставити 5 зірок бо власники щє на стадії покращення комфорту. Проте тихе місце з привітними власниками! А яке морозиво смачне у кафе...До речі спробувавши там прогулятись на каяку відмітив для себе що там гарне місце для початківців бо величезна ділянка мілководдя, тож можна не панікувати що перекинутись)))

This place is such a little gem! It’s definitely been here for a longgggg time. Seen a review above that mentioned that place needs some renos. I agree with some of the structure needing to be repaired and updated, but gives such a wonderful small-town vibe! The food quality beats out the need for aesthetic improvements! I love it… Easy place to find when searching for “ice cream near me” lol and wow we were impressed!!! We had ice creams, cheeseburgers, fries and onion rings! All was super fresh and served quickly. Friendly and helpful staff… Value is pretty decent as well 🙂 BUSY BUSY spot and I can see why! Definitely super happy about this discovery!!!

It appears to be a wonderful place for fishing, relaxation, and enjoying barbecues near the water during the warmer seasons. My son and I had a pleasant one-night stay in a tent, and the time passed quickly with enjoyable experiences and ample fishing opportunities. The staff members were remarkably courteous and always willing to help. I would certainly recommend it to anyone interested in a ceiling rest. Thank you!

Visited on a weekday with my sister. It was my first time canoeing and I was a bit nervous but the guy who provided us the canoe gave us clear instructions and life jackets. Price was 60$ for 2 hours. One canoe fits 2 people so, I believe its totally reasonable. Canoe was well built and light in weight.
Went into the marsh and explored the small islands. Also saw beautiful wildlife.
Will definitely be back.

We rented 5 kayaks and went upriver with them. It was a beautiful trip. It took us about half of the time to get back as going out due to the current, so keep that in mind. The kayaks were in good shape, equipped with all you need. Definitely do sunscreen and take a bottle of water if it's hot and sunny. Great experience and make sure to top it off with ice cream at their shop. Delicious! 😋

This used to be a great place to bring the family. Now it feels like the place is about to fall down and without the mini put, it’s really lost it’s charm. Still decent ice cream, but now it’s a very sad ice cream. RIP Grand Island BBQ 😢

Great experience renting kayaks for two hours. Open at nine am for kayak rentals but they were willing to open even earlier which was nice if you needed to beat the heat.
