Early Bird Coffee is a hidden gem! The coffee is absolutely top-notch — rich, smooth, and clearly crafted with care. You can really taste the difference because they roast their beans in-house, and it shows in every cup.

The atmosphere is warm and inviting, made even better by the incredibly friendly host who makes you feel right at home from the moment you walk in. Whether you're grabbing a quick espresso or settling in for a relaxing break, this place hits the spot.

Highly recommend to any coffee lover looking for quality and a personal touch.

The barista was incredibly kind, and I really appreciated that they offer small batches of coffee. As someone who loves trying different beans, it’s hard to explore variety when you’re limited to buying 250g at a time. The space was clean and beautifully designed in a natural, minimalist style. The pour-over was only $3.50 CAD — half the price of what you’d pay at most Toronto coffee shops. If I lived nearby, I’d probably become a monthly subscriber.

At the end of the day, the way people make you feel is what stays with you — and this place left a warm impression.

Spectacular coffee at a cozy little location.

I loved getting the flight of espresso and tasting each kind!
Their lattes were also very good.
Next time I’ll likely buy some of their beans to make some at home as well.
I love that ask their roasts are bean themed.

Great ambiance here & great service as well.

Early bird coffee here in Woodstock is amazing. The staff is wonderful and so is the food. They are so welcoming I do not want to leave. The window view from the restaurant is also amazing. It just feels nice to be in this cafe and the smell of the coffee alone warms my heart. If you are in Woodstock stop by you will NOT be disappointed. Did I mention the staffs are so welcoming. Give it a try this might just be your new spot.

Really cute cafe! I got a tea latte, which was nice to try. The owner is very kind and passionate about his business. He educated my husband and I on the coffee making process, which was really interesting. They have a variety of drinks, and the cafe itself has a welcoming vibe

Had my meeting with my boss here and service was fast; lattes were very good.

Delicious coffee (without a doubt). Baked goodies need improvement - I ordered a blueberry muffin and it was given to me cold, almost as if it’s been sitting in a fridge all night. It was questionable to me. A muffin should not be served cold out of the fridge!
