Une personne très serviable et agréable. L'atmosphère était très agréable et conviviale. Le service était excellent et le personnel était très professionnel. La qualité des aliments et des boissons était impressionnante. Tout était simplement parfait.

Les spécialités de Frankly Speaking sont exceptionnelles. Le Benny est à essayer absolument. Les cocktails sont à la pointe de la mode et les ingrédients sont toujours frais et de qualité. On peut même faire des remarques sur la créativité et l'inventivité de la cuisine. Le service est toujours de qualité, la place est très agréable. On reviendra certainement ici.

Frankly Speaking est un endroit idéal pour les amoureux de la nourriture et des boissons, les groupes et les personnes de tous âges. Le personnel est toujours serviable et le service est très professionnel. La qualité des aliments et des boissons est exceptionnelle. Leur offre est très variée et il y a toujours quelque chose pour tout le monde. On peut même faire des réservations à l'avance. La place est très agréable et il y a toujours une ambiance décontractée et branchée. Frankly Speaking est un endroit que l'on peut recommander sans hésitation. On y va régulièrement et nous sommes toujours fiers d'aller nous y rendre.

This was our first time coming, but it will absolutely not be our last. We can’t wait to return!

All of our 3 meals were exceptional for Sunday brunch. Elevated and excellent. My “Benny” was unquestionably the best I’ve ever had. The ingredients were a delightful surprise.

The cocktails were WOW! We know a thing or two about crafting libations and these were (surprisingly?) world-class. Again, surprising ingredients, both rare and hard to find.

Wes and friends have created something magical on Main Street. Indulge soon… 🍸

The was some of the best food we have ever had in Midland, Ontario. The atmosphere, the music, and the service (from everyone at the restaurant and especially from Mel who we interacted with the most) were superb. I can hardly give specific food and drink recommendations because it's hard to imagine that anything you order won't be exceptional! It is exciting to have a place like this in Midland.

My wife and I visited Frankly Speaking for an after dinner beverage on our anniversary, and I am so very glad we did. The atmosphere is incredible, with lots to interest your senses. Of course, the cocktails were well all amazing and well worth the price. We enjoyed a few off the menu, trying some of the prohibition-era themed cocktails and the well-designed house cocktails. Each drink we tried had enjoyable and complex flavour profiles.

Beyond the drinks, what really made the night enjoyable was how welcome we felt. We were treated to some wonderful conversations with Wes behind the bar, explaining the menu, drinks and other interesting conversations. We also had a nice chat with Mel, and both made us feel right at home.

We fully intend on returning soon!

We had dinner here last night and could not have been more impressed. Wesley and Melody were absolutely wonderful, so welcoming and attentive. We had an incredible time and the food and drinks were truly outstanding. Highly recommend.

Feels like being transported out of Midland to somewhere else. The drinks and food were outstanding, the service, atmosphere, and vibes were awesome. The Mixologist was passionate and professional. The cocktail menu was well done with a mix of classic and modern. Non-alcoholic cocktails are available.

Small seating capacity with only a few tables which lends to the intimate atmosphere. Our larger group was okay to be split between two tables. Shared plates are a must here, plenty of dishes to try.

We stumbled upon a hidden gem tonight in Midland, Ontario — Frankly Speaking — and wow, what a find! It’s like someone dropped a slice of Toronto right into Midland, and I am absolutely here for it.

From the moment we stepped inside, the hospitality was top-notch. The staff made us feel so welcome, and the service was flawless.

The drinks? Next level. You can taste the passion and creativity in every sip — seriously, Toronto-calibre cocktails in the heart of Midland. Each drink felt carefully crafted and full of character.

The atmosphere is just as special. Tucked away behind a curtain, with cozy lighting on each table, it’s intimate and full of charm. Every detail has been thought through, making it the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the evening.

We didn’t get a chance to try the food this time, but we’ve heard great things and will definitely be back soon to check it out.

Thank you to the team (Mel & Wes) at Frankly Speaking for an unforgettable night — we’ll be talking about this one for a while.

Food is always incredible... no matter what you order and that isn't an exaggeration. The chefs have an impeccable attention to flavours and details. Melanie is always a pleasure and adds to the atmosphere. Drinks are 10/10 even the non alcoholic beverages as well!

The absolute best place to have dinner and drinks in Midland! Wes, Mel, and Troy create the most wonderful atmosphere and night out you could ask for! It really brings back the 1920s prohibition era, truly a one of a kind place!
