Je mets quatre étoiles pour le service parce qu'il n'est offert qu'en anglais. Sarnia est une communauté accueillante pour les immigrants francophones. L'hôtel devrait en tenir compte et avoir du personnel bilingue.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. It felt brand new and was very clean. Our room was large, clean and it felt like we were one of the first staying there as there was no wear and tear. It was modern in design and looked very nice. Staff were friendly and helpful. We could check in earlier which was great! There is a Boston Pizza located in the hotel where they serve breakfast for guests at a very reasonable price and you can dine at night. Coffee served in the lobby early in the morning. Parking was very easy just out front and we never had to hunt for a spot or park far from an entrance. I would highly recommend staying here!

Clean modern hotel. Multiple entrances using your card key, so you can park closer to your room which is nice when hauling all your luggage. We arrived early and were able to check in a little earlier which was nice. Swimming pool was fun, clean on the second floor. Beds were comfortable. TV had channels and easy to use your own log in for Netflix, etc. Lobby had complimentary coffee and tea every morning. Only downside is the patio, which we thought belonged to the hotel. But it belonged to Boston Pizza. The first night we were there, it was booked by a private function so we couldn't sit out there. Second night, the Boston Pizza staff said we couldn't sit out there unless we ordered something. The pictures were a little misleading. But overall nice. The breakfast buffet was also in the Boston Pizza which was an additional fee.

The hotel is conveniently located near the border and was great for a quick overnight stay. Did not use the pool or weight room but they were both of decent size. There is a Boston Pizza inside the lobby which is great for a meal or a drink. Out back there is a fantastic patio with lots of seating and a nice gathering spot. The room was clean and well appointed, however the bathroom was pretty tiny. Beds were comfortable but lots of light came through the ends of curtains. So if you like a dark room bring an eye mask. Overall great stay and I would return.

I had a fantastic experience at Four Points in Sarnia! The atmosphere is top-notch—modern, relaxing, and welcoming. It’s a great spot whether you’re staying for business or planning a special event. The hospitality was exceptional; staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond.

It’s also in a perfect location for hosting parties and events, with spacious halls and a lively vibe. Being close to the US border and the Blue Water Bridge makes it extremely convenient for cross-border visitors. Overall, everything about this place—from the location to the service—is excellent. Highly recommended!

This Hotel has been the best experience i have had in a long time. The management and staff go up and beyond in customer service. The room and pool were top notch. My wife and myself and an enjoyable time over the long weekend.

The rooms have been nicely updated and the location is lovely. But there is NO included breakfast. The Boston Pizza which serves as their restaurant was Awful. Wait times for breakfast averaged one to 1.5 hours! For $17 pancakes? Staff was nice but were overwhelmed by crowds of only 20 to 25 customers. Pool in the hotel was warm but dirty. Front desk has perfected lip service for the hotel failings. Lots of other hotels nearby. Choose any but Four Points. No pool? Lake Huron is cool but it's clean!

Location location location!

This hotel is in a great location close to the casino, Purdys fish market/snackbar, and is walkable to the Blue Water Bridge where all the action is on a summer evening. It’s a short 5 min drive to the Canatara Beach.

The room was an average size and had very comfortable beds. We didn’t like the noise from being on the ground floor as the hotel was at full capacity due to a weekend conference and we were kept up late Saturday night with the opening/closing of room doors/talking in halls until 2 am which was loud and constant. We were disappointed the hotel wouldn’t give us a later checkout (to noon)on Sunday. We also had an issue with the TV receiving no signal on the first night. We were happy when Otto came right away, even though he couldn’t fix it. The hotel was quick to rectify it the next day. Brandi was helpful at the front desk.

We loved the bright pool/fitness room. We also liked the buffet breakfast where the staff was great (Tammy served us both days).

A couple of minor observations: i) loved the mirror and shelf behind the entry door for keys and glasses and wallets ii)Loved the brand of good quality shampoo iii) The shower design with the tap opposite the shower head was a neat feature (newly renovated). Despite the minor issues, I would recommend the hotel (not the ground floor) and would stay here again.
