Its an unhelpful place when my son was getring and pressure of selling drugs from jeff on there unit 3 peooke report tok staff and nothing was done even when i called still nothing was done so someone told me too conta t miles he was awesome and he was really helpful so if anyone has issue with this shelter called main office on john street and ask for miles he looking into my complaint

Not only was this person unpleasant, unprofessional, and unhelpful, they hung up on multiple callers in behalf of a dislocated youth. Younger then 22. Management needs to look into who was answering phones on sept 12 (early AM) at 2:15 am. I explained to this person , quickly, a) I was not able to get answers or certain responses from this individual, I was not personally available to call police- she felt , while employed , it was of no responsibility of her to pass in this concern. and even though I and several others, were calling on behalf of someone in severe distress they hung up in me. I am available for contact for further investigation, please reach out, as this is a PUBLIC SERVICE, and no one should be denied BC of sobriety or an issue of reaching a phone. She wanted her fast "yes"/"no" answers , and when I needed to further explain , she hung up. Multiple friends , giving full names , called, and she hung up in them . I'm NOT ok with this .
