This self care experience was so incredibly relaxing. It was such a treat to rest for an hour and enjoy this treatment. From the start with the magnesium oil massage of the neck and shoulders, to all of the different massage techniques and my scalp with various shampoos and oils and the fantastic finish with the protein treatment and blow dry. I could not have enjoyed this more.

Absolutely loved this experience. Kate was super knowledgeable and helpful. It was so soothing and relaxing. If you like getting your hair washed at the hairdresser then you'll love this. I have a lot of scalp sensitivity and hair loss issues so I was hoping this would help. Already my scalp feels calmer and less irritated. When she did the blow dry at the end she explained to me how I could continue to keep my scalp happy and healthy. So thank you Kate! Really enjoyed myself. Sidenote: this would make an amazing gift. I've already recommended it to several friends.

Absolutely amazing experience with Kate at Flow! From start to finish, everything was soothing and professional. The head massage was so relaxing and the scalp/hair treatments left me feeling refreshed and healthy. I left with my hair totally rejuvenated! What a fantastic local service that leaves you feeling relaxed, pampered and educated on your hair and scalp health. Highly recommend treating yourself here if you’re looking for some self-care!
