Very disappointed with massage addict. Had a Worst massage ever. I was there for one hour massage. Firstly Lauren came late and after i went in there i told her my concern . She was literally just touching in one spot and won't do anything for 5mins. I thought it was just a beginning but it was continuing same thing. I thought she was literally sleeping in between the massage. Iwas there expecting massage. I guess she forgot that it was massage center.

Very very very frustrating. Wasted my money
If there was 0star option I wouldn't hesitate.

Please don't waste people time if you feel tired just let us know we will book next time .

I’ve been there 2 times now and have had an absolutely terrible experience. the first time, the masseuse started opening the door before I was under the cover, I had to call out “Wait!” 3 times before she realized and closed the door again, and my shoulders still hurt after. This time though was terrible, the pressure was so hard and so painful that I started silently crying and found it uncomfortable to breath during the massage, and now the day after I am in excruciating pain every time I try to move my back, if I could give a 0 star review I would

There great Ihad hard time to swallow as it was was hurting in back of neck
And the messuse Atul took his time n kept making sure I was comfortable and not hurting too much and today I feel much better he removed the knots and stiffness by focus the spot I needed in my back of neck
So again thanks Atul and keep up the awesome work

That was the best professional massage, I’ve ever had in my entire life. Bharat, you are amazing at what you do, thank you for relieving my stress. And the Fellow at the front desk, I didn’t catch his name, he was soooo nice and welcoming! Highly recommend!
