I have been seeing Natalie since 20 something weeks pregnancy and now 3 months post partum and she’s still an amazing support. With help and support through push prep, and getting me prepared for childbirth, into recovery now. She is super professional, comforting and just an overall great person to help with this transition and recovery. Highly recommend to anyone having a baby!

Seeking out pelvic floor physio with Natalie at Genesis was the best decision I made postpartum! After a very difficult birth I was anxious about being able to return to normal activity, but thanks to our work together I feel better than ever. The postpartum group rehab has been an amazing opportunity for education and strength training, and being able to bring along my little guy and connect with other moms is the ultimate cherry on top! My only regret is not seeing her sooner for birth prep too, which I will absolutely be doing next time. I definitely recommend the group rehab to any mom wanting to get back to fitness!

Natalie Graham is an excellent pelvic floor physiotherapist and group facilitator. I could not be happier with her services, as well as the culture/atmosphere that exists at Genesis Restorative Clinic.

I have seen Natalie for prenatal support as well as participated in her postpartum rehabilitation group. She is incredibly skilled in her assessments and her ability to develop a treatment plan that has your goals at the centre of it all. Her approach combines education, breath work, integration of movement, and strength building.

I have healed more efficiently and am stronger postpartum than I was with my first child (currently 4 months postpartum with second).

I saw Natalie for prenatal PT and boy was it a game changer! She helped my spouse and I so much for preparing for our birth. When we did go into labour we used so many of her suggestions that helped a TON! I would highly recommend Natalie for prenatal care! She is so very kind, caring, knowledgeable, and I was so lucky to have her as an ally in my court! I always felt cared for and listened too during my time at this clinic!

I’m just over 36 weeks pregnant with my first but I’ve been doing birth prep with Natalie Graham through my pregnancy. She has been so helpful and informative! I’ve learned so much that I didn’t know before seeing her! My baby was breech at 35 weeks and I went to see her for a session. She made me feel so much better about the situation. We did some manual therapy and some stretching to open my hips and loosen my ligaments which felt really good! I just went for my 36 week appointment and baby is head down! Can’t thank her enough for her guidance and support through a stressful time in my pregnancy! I visited Natalie's clinic after a traumatic delivery with the birth of my third child. Natalie was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. She made what I thought was going to be an uncomfortable experience, incredibly easy. In addition to the pelvic physio sessions, Natalie also offered a group fitness class geared to the postpartum period. I can't say enough about this class - it was welcoming, motivating, baby-friendly, adaptable to any level of fitness, and nice to socialize a bit as well!

In hindsight, I wish I used her services prenatally and will be spreading the word! Thanks Nat.

Beth is so knowledgeable and helpful. I’ve really enjoyed her services and learning about things I can do for my pain at home as well. She’s very caring and you can tell she’s extremely passionate about what she does. I have had great results after just a couple treatments so far and will be continuing my journey with her on going. Recently I was searching around Sarnia for a chiropractor after waking up in the middle of the night with terrible back pain. I was referred to by a friend of mine and decided to try Genesis out. I couldn’t have chosen a better chiropractor! Kyle Tront was able to find out what was going on very quickly and confidently, I honestly though that I had a sever issue with my spine because the pain was so bad, after the first consultation he not only diagnosed me, but gave me the relief to sleep at night almost immediately after working on my seized up ribs! I always recommend him to any of my family or friends that are in need of a chiropractor.
