I called Luc @ Northern Leisure Sarnia on a Friday morning, with a crazy last minute request to rent a hot tub for a birthday party…Luc bent over backwards and made magic happen. A few short hours later, the hot tub was nestled in a corner of our yard, sanitized and ready to “plug in and play”. Luc took his time explaining the chemicals and care of the tub and checked in throughout the week to make sure we were managing without any difficulty. Needless to say, the hot tub was a huge hit during the party and beyond. We rented it for a full week and will be trying to find a spot to make a more permanent spot work! We loved our experience working with Luc … highly highly recommend Northern Leisure Sarnia!

My experience with Luc at Southwest Fence and Deck during the purchase of my Northern Hot Tub was fabulous. Luc was attentive to my needs and helped ensure I bought the best product available to meet my demands. He made the process to remove my old hot tub and then install my new one seemless, which I greatly appreciated. After 2-months of operation the Northern tub is operating extremely well, a very good hydrotherapy product at a reasonable price. I highly recommend Luc at Southwest and the Northern Hot Tub brand.

We bought our Northern Hot Tub 06/08/24. I wanted to use the Hot Tub for a while before I made any comments. We are now 4 months in using our Northern Hot Tub.
I had no space for a Hot Tub but the Kootenay 120v Plug & Play fit perfect in a 82" x63" area between my front step and fence.
This little Hot Tub is perfect for my wife and I. All jets are positioned for comfort and are adjustable to massage as per your comfort zone
Controls are easy with the WiFi phone control or control panel on the unit. The lighting options are real nice.
Luc and his team were professional with their installation. I did have a issue with the WiFi set up but Luc immediately came out to my house reset the WiFi modular and I have had no issues since. Maintenance is simple and easy for cleaning.
This Hot Tub delivers all the comfort required for a 2 person unit.
I highly recommend this little Plug & Play unit for great comfort in a limited space.
Luc Kita has returned my calls within 5 minutes to answer all my inquiries. Great Product / Great service

We were interested in getting a swim spa primarily for the aqua therapy benefits. So it was important to us to have a larger floor area for power walking.The Northern swim spa fit the bill. It arrived last week, and we watched as it was craned with precision over the house. Luke, from Northern Spa was so helpful in explaining all the features and the easy maintenance involved. The team from South West Fence and Deck were there to be sure everything went to plan with the beautiful backyard reno they designed for us. We are so looking forward to the summer ahead.
