The Staff and Shop are very warm, friendly and welcoming! Great selection of bikes, parts and healthy trail snacks. Awesome and knowledgeable Mechanics service. Also rentals if your ride is down or if your coming from outside the area (which you should because the trails are World Class). Location very close to the Trail Network. To top it all of they have great coffee!! 10/10 and 5 Stars. 😎💯🇨🇦

Great, fast, friendly service at a very reasonable price. The folks here are very knowledgeable and true experts of their craft. I had them replace a rear hub on my emountain bike. There was a slight change to the work order that required a new rotor and they covered the cost of the new rotor. I couldn't be happier with this wheel build and I will be back, they are my go-to bike shop.

This is an old review - over a year ago. i guess it took that long . However i just recently bought a Gravel bike from Velo and for ease i will add to this review.

the what do i get to the that’s the bike conversation Curtis, Jan , Jack, and Jill ( funny ) the purchase was seamlessly easy and fun. All great advice as i’m new to the Gravel world. With the long winter and a longer (so it seems ) shoulder season i decided it’s time. Once i pulled the trigger the shop ( Joel ) took my bike and added my gear . A dropper and lever, new rear light . The bike was bang on perfect the next day . The next day. I didn’t have to adjust the seat.
I was so pleased . Can’t believe i waited this long . Thanks all

I love this store . Very amazing to have a store of this level right here in our small City. These people treat us like we are family and are and have been there when i need them. The late afternoon break down before they close to the deliver me a brake to where i am
because they care and know im passionate about biking. It’s where my first stop for anything bikes is. All the staff are attentive , honest, and they use the products . Velorution also contributes to our community. in a big way . From trail donations to bikes for youth and just helping us all when needed. Love it , Thanks guys

Went into Velorution during velo fest to look for a new mountain bike as I am new to it. The staff was very knowledgeable and presented many options with different price points. Once I purchased a bike they kept it for a short amount of time to tune it up and make sure that it was fit for me.

This bike shop is from another moment in time when customer service mattered... Unbelievable experience here. Visiting from out of town, taco'd a wheel on some of the Sault's wicked awesome terrain, and these folks delivered - literally. AMAZING. Thanks for the tour Joel!
