I wanted to share my dissatisfaction with a recent manicure experience at this salon. My intention was simply to have a polish change, but unfortunately, the service fell far below expectations.

The technician removed my gel polish by scraping it off too aggressively, which resulted in broken nails and cuts on my skin. Additionally, the polish application was uneven, leaving sharp corners on my nails.

As a certified nail tech and tattoo tech with over 10 years of experience in the beauty industry, I hold high standards for nail care and hygiene. I was disappointed to see that hygiene guidelines were not properly followed during my visit.

Regrettably, I feel that I wasted my $45.20 on a service that didn’t meet even basic standards, and I cannot recommend this salon based on this experience.
