Would have been excited if my view was as pictured of hotel. We had nice room and the resort activities you had to ask for but then they ran out of booklet. The breakfast allows for 2 adult but we had child that did not eat buffet and manager was very helpful. If you book 2 adults 2 children seem the resort could come up with a reasonable price. Free banquet for 2 adults but leave out kids? Those who participated in breakfast really enjoyed the food selection and service.

Great resort overall for the kids. Everything is connected indoors so you don't have to go outside if the weather is bad. Includes access to an arcade, a few restaurants, hotels, and an indoor waterpark. I recommend staying at the Sheraton here as I found it to be a nice hotel. The resort definitely does get busy for holidays and long weekends, especially during the summer.

Fantastic resort with superb views of the falls (from the right room) and in a fantastic (but expensive) location.
Only down side was we were put on the 3rd floor (which is also the Confrence floor) and there was a conference on while we were there.
Had to move rooms in the end because of the noise, and this wasn't easy to do.
I would recommend checking what floor you are on, and AVOID floor 3 if their is a conference on during your stay.

Also not clean to my standards, happily I always travel with Desinfektion cleaner that helped a lot to raise the comfort level.
The flush wasnt working which really sucks for a family of five. Same issue for the people next door. Our friends had a room where they couldn't get the door open because it was just stuck. Not much seating for the kids movie night available.
No public bathroom for hotel guests, had to use the one in the restaurant next door...
Oh and on our departure day we got the kind email that we are able to check out at 12.03 am - makes you feel very welcome. Also the cleaning stuff gets very annoying to get into your room a way before check out time.
They started cleaning our room as we went to the pool - not checked out at that time. Or friends followed later for the waterpark but had to send the cleaners a few times away that morning. And the coffee maker in our room wasn't working either. Good thing everyone was exhausted after a long day at the pool that we slept well.

Sarah from the front desk was amazing putting up a happy birthday sign at our door immediately after mentioning it to her. Thank you!

Really nice hotel with a great view of both falls. Very friendly staff. Nice and quiet, and the bed was really comfortable .

Stayed here for the waterpark. The location is super central to Niagara. Our first room was wet, but they quickly changed our room for us.
