We received our Hydrapool Spa a few days ago and upon delivery were given a very thorough tutorial on the maintenance and care of the spa. Unfortunately, once our electrician hooked up the spa, everything worked flawlessly except the unit was not getting heat. After thoroughly scouring info on Reddit and YouTube as well as a secondary call to the electrician, we put a call into Paradise Spa Outlet. Within 2 hours, their technician Andrew arrived and quickly fixed the issue. Andrew was prompt, professional and very helpful (he even added a couple of helpful hints himself thst will surely help prolong our usage of the tub. Overall a very good experience and once again, thanks to everyone who helped resolve this issue.

Great installation job, with helpful staff, but the store saleswoman wasn’t great, she didn’t have more info than the sales brochure, and — she neglected to mention that the electrical and platform costs were serious additional costs - amounting to 50% of the costs of the hot tub!
