I was never a big fan of massage therapy until I started going to Ashtyn-Brooke. She is a very professional individual who shows her passion in her different levels of techniques. Ashtyn only applies the amount of pressure that I feel comfortable with making each session relaxing. Not only does she do massages, I've tried cupping multiple times along with her red light therapy treatments and boy I could fall asleep. I have worked in the health care field for over 18 years and Ashtyn has helped relieve not only work stress but many years of muscle strain on my neck and lower back. I recently moved and literally drive 2.5 hours for my appointments. I highly recommend Ashtyn

This was my first time receiving a treatment outside of a spa setting, and it exceeded all my expectations—better than any spa experience I've ever had. Ashtyn was highly professional and applied the perfect amount of pressure throughout the massage. I also appreciated her use of high-end products and the thoughtful touch of letting me choose a podcast to listen to during the session, making it feel truly personalized.

I opted for the red light therapy afterward, which was absolutely incredible. I highly recommend researching the benefits of red light therapy, and the machine Ashtyn uses is top-of-the-line.

After this experience, I can’t imagine going back to a traditional spa for a massage. Ashtyn has set the bar incredibly high!
