Gorgeous library! I dropped by for the first time last week and can’t believe I hadn’t stopped by sooner. The staff are very friendly and helpful and they even had a library tote with a stuffie and book for my baby. They seem to have a lot of great programs running and I’m looking forward to taking my daughter to them!

It’s a beautiful, modern space that I really enjoyed for the first time with my three children ages 1-10. It has a wonderful graphic novel selection, toys and activities for the littles (things to climb on, puppets, coloring, rocking horse, and more), and I love how it lets in so much beautiful light. I could read here comfortably for hours.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. I also noticed they have quite a bit of programs for kids that are free and drop in. One I may attend is teatime for tots (sounds like us parents get to drink tea while the toddlers play?)

I would highly recommend coming here and checking out this beautiful library!

The staff here are all incredible, from the veterans to the brand new members, everyone is super knowledgeable and friendly, and they make it a wonderful place to visit! All of the new amenities at the new location, on top of their vast array of programs and activities that they host, it's a must-visit for anyone or any family.

Not opening on Sundays make it really inconvenient for students to go there and use the computers. Weekends are the only time for kids to relax and play, Sundays especially. A lot of people could benefit from the library opening on Sundays.

My mom and I have been to the library in Blackfalds at least a few thousand times, probably even more - and that's not an exaggeration. It's a pretty cool place with friendly staff and a comfortable, cozy atmosphere 🙂
