Don't waste your money or time here. ||We checked in to our smoking room late in the afternoon of August 1. It's the standard room with two queen beds. We turned on the air conditioning and went out to our event. We got back to the hotel at 10:30 pm to a warm room and an air conditioning unit that will only blow warm air on high speed which sounds like a freight train is in the room with you. By this time it was 11 pm. I tried to open the window to get some air and it was disgustingly dirty and sticky from nicotine. And it wouldn't open. Have these windows ever been cleaned? We did not call the front desk for assistance because we knew there was no maintenance on site. I didn't call between 2-4 am for the same reason. At 6:30 I gave up trying to sleep in the warm, stuffy, noisey room. I jumped in the shower with my flip flops on because the tub was dirty, with dark soap scum up the side of the tub about 3". The pink mould surrounding the tile row above the shower was highlighted by a long dark hair. The shower head is very low and hits about shoulder or throat high. The tub did not drain. After showering, I noticed a note requesting that all smoking be done outside the room, in a smoking room.|I went and talked to a night manager at 7:30 am and got blank eyed half hearted apology. I was asked why I didn't call the desk for assistance or to request to change rooms. I responded that because we have been frequent guests for the past 10 years that we knew maintenance wasn't available after hours. After a long day, how many people want to be changing hotel rooms at midnight?|When I book and pay for a hotel room I expect it to be in a clean, maintained condition and as advertised... A smoking room is a smoking room. The beds are way past their prime and you'd be as comfortable sleeping out on the cool sidewalk. The winter quilt on the bed was a treat too. |When I pay $145 for a room, I expect it to be reasonable and somewhat comfortable. I don't expect 5 stars at this price but I did not expect to stay in a stuffy, dirty, hot hotel with management who is completely uninterested in customer satisfaction or making an attempt to make it right. It's all about the money. |Save your money and stay somewhere else.

Stoney Plain Inn and Suites . Lovely presented, comfortable, clean and spacious rooms. Nice clean bathroom with great pressure from the shower .
Well priced laundry facility, and a very welcome restaurant on site with great wait staff and lovely meals.
All for a very reasonable price.
If I’m back this way again, I’ll definitely stay again

The front staff member was really nice. But the room was terrible. And bathroom was awful we think the mattress on the bed springs were broken. If your not a fussy person its ok.

I wish I could say it was better. Corin the front desk agent was SUPER helpful and great. The loud revving of engines until dawn, so loud that they sounded like GUNSHOTS at our door, the hot tub being broken without notice, rooms smelled off and there being no breakfast besides a 10% off coupon when I’m dropping $150 to stay in a ratty old room. Not great and we wont be back.

From top to the bottom, everything was perfect with staying. The room was very clean as well as the bathroom, towels, washroom and etc. The staff is very friendly and kind. This was the best hotel that I have stayed in Alberta. Highly recommended

My experience staying at this hotel has not been a pleasant one. At check in I was not informed that because I was paying weekly that l was not going to be getting my room cleaned every day. Or even told
Of these rules when I made the reservation. I was also not informed that the day they charge your credit card you have to get your key reprogrammed. I found out when I couldnt get into my room.
To top it all off, I went into the restaurant to have a have a can Ginerale and I was hungry and ordered some dinner. I hadn't planned on eating and only brought enough money for my drink. I told the other waitress that I had to go get my wallet in the room. After I finished eating, I asked for my bill. When the waitress gave the bill she told me that next time I will be charged for another can of pop. I said to her, pardon me. Then she accused me of going to get another can in my room. I told her that I went to get my wallet so I could pay for my meal. She didnt believe me and then said your glass was right full. I told her I only put a little bit in my glass when she brought it and then after I filled it up.
I have never been so insulted in my life to be accused of such a stupid thing. I had been eating in the restaurant every night for almost a month spending between 15.00 to 30.00 dollars a day.

This is an exceptional place to stay. It is quiet, the rooms are very clean and we stay here every time we are in the Stony Plain area. You will not be disappointed.
