They sold me a broken $7 miniature as “new” — and I came from out of town
The box was stapled shut. No seal, no warning. Inside — a clearly damaged, returned figure, just thrown back on the shelf like nothing happened.

I’m not local — returning it isn’t even an option, even with the receipt. And they probably counted on that.

It’s “just $7”, but this was deliberate.
If they’re willing to scam travelers on cheap items, imagine what else they’re hiding.

I won’t be spending another cent here — and neither should you.

Family friendly environment. Staff are courteous and extremely knowledgeable. Kids picked out Disney game cards and the excitement and encouragement from the staff member Nick was infectious and made the kids day even more than the cards! Will only purchase cards from this location from now on for the pure joy it brought my children! Was able to pick up a good selection of model paints and brushes and found many obscure and interesting board games that I will definitely be back for. The Skirmish Sunday is ran by a fellow who's love for games is clear. the group of gamers runs from the casual to extremely competitive while still being a very welcoming environment. possibly the perfect game store.

Drove 3 hours to visit this Edmonton store for games. Good store with a unique outside castle look. Easy to find with good parking. Staff are friendly and took time to explain some of the games options and differences. Brought a few of our favorite Oink games as well. Pretty good pricing with good selections. Will be back again.

The place is really nice and kind! Great service, and everything! I would definitely come back, but it's a 30-minute drive, hahah, but I would definitely come back again when I can!!
